We here at SPAD headquarters believe it is quite rude to celebrate a holiday which so blatantly excludes so much of the population! We've decided that this has gone on for far too long, something must be done about it!

Our Mission
We propose we rename Febuary 14 Single People Appretiation Day (SPAD). A day where you will honor all those who go on every day without a significant other. SPAD wont be about crass commercialism but rather one's independence and self reliance. Heck, you don't even have to be single to celebrate SPAD!
Want to spread the SPAD love? Simple, just make a SPAD t-shirt/sweatshirt/pants/socks/button/stickers/whatever you want! Just remember, the official color of SPAD will be Navy Blue, which unlike red, the color of Valentine's Day, is dignified, slimming, and flattering on everyone! And like Valentine's Day's secondary colors of pink and white, SPAD also has secondary colors. SPAD's secondary colors are silver and white. Remember, the SPAD spirit can live on everyday of the year!
