      Jesus calls us to love the unlovable, to love our enemies, to bless them that curse us, to do good to them that hate us, and to pray for them that despitefully use and persecute us.  These are words of truth, but hard words to follow.  Jesus never said it would be easy to be like Him, but we are commanded to the will of the Father, which is to be more like the Son. 

      These words are not just words at Southwood Baptist Church.  I have found out that these words are not just said, but they are carried out in the everyday lives of the members of Southwood.  We, here at Southwood, love the Lord and want the love of the Lord to be shown through our walk.  We will continue to run the race that is set before us in love and friendliness toward all people.
