South Wales Angling Guide

South Wales Angling Guide

Welcome to the best Angling Guide in Wales!

This guide is designed to assist both shore and boat anglers primarily in the South Wales area.

Whilst I have tried to warn of possible dangers when fishing each mark please remember that the Bristol Channel is an unpredictable area and therefore I cannot stress enough that personal safety should be considered wherever you are fishing. The webmaster will not accept any responsibility for personal injuries - this site is purely a guide to highlight good fishing spots on the extensive coastline.
I plan to extend the site further with any fishing reports for this area that I become aware of, (feel free to email me with any catch reports and/or photos). I will also get photos for each of the hotspots on the site as time goes on.

Whilst this site gives you an overview of what methods to use and what fish are likely to be present it will not offer a 'beginners guide' as such. If you need any queries answered whatsoever  there are a lot of helpful and very knowledgeable anglers at your disposal on http://www.fishing-forum.info/forumdisplay.php?f=31  You will need to register on this forum in order to post but it is 100% free and brim-full of good information from across the UK and Ireland.

John.
