+Pros
Very good looking graphics
Also specials are cool to
Extensive characters to chose from
Tournament just like in the show
Landscapes will crumble if opponent is knocked into a certain spot
Fighting system is easy to understand

-Cons
Gets boring after a while(even with a friend)
different people have kamehameha wave(only goku has it in the show)
Dragon world mode not very fun often have to fight the same enemy over and over before he or she is completely defeated

To get the most out of the game u have to complete Dragon world mode or else you don't have any characters
First Budokai was a total fan pleaser and budokai inst radically different from the first one. It seems the creators didn't put as much care into this installment of the DBZ saga. The Biggest Disappointment to me was the story mode I was excited to play it but when I sat down to play I was bored after the 3rd stage.

Exstensive player creation
Exstensive park creation

Good music

-Cons
Only PS2 can go online
Combo "line" goals (story mode)
Can't message "homies" (online)

I was happy to say the least the only thing i could say bad about this game is that no hide and seek mode and no ware house park (from THPS1). It's to bad that they didn't include a Hide-and-Seek mode when the creat a park was perfect for it. But if I wouldn't have said it you probaly wouldn't have missed it and still probaly don't. There's pleanty of old "skool" levels but damn they're all from THPS2 (as far as I can tell). The online gameplay is to good to be true though. You can upload\download, parks, players, and goals (user created). The park creator is outstanding you can make your own goals name the pedestrian (of that goal) make the ped. say waht you want(text only) and make the goal from quite a few different types. The player creation is also outstanidng. I had no problem jumping right in and making him. People make alot of charators from other medias and other games such as Mario by Mario400 (or 4000 i forget) Hulk by "Hulk," Homer Simpson by Homer (J.?) Simpson; who by the way is a cheating bastard don't every race him in Russia unless you have a look out between the half pipes and jail. You can create your own board. Although this isn't quite as grand as the other two it's a realy nice touch. The music didn't blow me away but I could still find songs I liked "The World is Yours" by Nas and a song by Kwasimoto (misspelled). One thing that realy pissed me off is not being able to message players even when there in the lobby. If you need to talk to somone, you esentialy have to stalk them; This game is definently worth $50(+Network adaptor fees)
Note: Online Play is Free

Things of intrest:
Online play
Getting off your board and find hiding spots on levels (for fire fight mainly)

True Crimes: Streets of LA

M?

$50 probably not worth it (unless you're seriously into action games)

Pros+

Superb Music

Real City

One Liners

Cons-

Boring Side Missions

Odd Ending

Repetitive one liners

Have to follow some police rules

Well I didn't even bother finishing this one because I couldn't be a "good" cop. That's the main thing that really pissed me off was the good and bad cop thing. It sounded nice, but I don't want to follow police rules. The one liners were funny for the first 3 times but even by the 5th time the got annoying. The side missions are also repetitive but it's good that you get some kind of calls more than others. The story was ok through the second level but you have to fight a dragon in the end?! I thought this was "True" crime streets. The music was the best I've ever seen in a game kicking the shit out of all the THPS games combined. I didn't like all of the music but they actually put Bone Thugs~N~ Harmony in it so how could they go wrong. I'm sure even if you’re not a Bone fan you can find music you like there's Rock and Rap as well as some others but predominately Rock and Rap. This game could use a better story and fighting system. Don't get me wrong the fighting system was good but nothing that was ground breaking or out of the ordinary.

Things of interest:

Trying to get the cops after you.
