The following regulations have been set-up by the Southern Chapter.
They were read and approved by all attending members of the Feb. 15, 2003
Meeting.

1. Member's should make every attempt to attend quarterly meeting's,
ride's event's or happening's of the Southern Chapter. Attendance of at
least 2 per year is required.

2.  As a Southern Chapter member you may be asked to help out with a
Chapter Event, Run or Happening. Help is always appreciated and expected.
The load of the Chapter must be shared!

3. Annual Dues of $20.00 are collected per Full member and $10.00 per
Associate. There is no late fee, but member's who do not pay will be
removed from the Southern Chapter membership Roster. The Annual Due's
collected, pay for cost's generated by the Southern Chapter. No one
receives a paycheck from the Chapter.

4. Officers of the Southern Chapter shall be elected by member's of the
Southern Chapter. Terms will run for one year (January to January).
Elections will be held at the Winter meeting. Officer's must be elected
annually, if not the Office will be considered abandoned. Officer's not
performing their duties, may be voted out.

5. Quarterly Meeting's will happen Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter. At
least 5 member's must be present to have a meeting. At least 30 day's
notice should be given to all Southern Chapter member's, to make
arrangement's to attend. Then it shall be the member's responsibility to
attend.

6. The "Southern Edition" is the Chapter Newsletter, and input is open to
any member of the Chapter. The Editor is responsible for all input and
may edit input as he see's fit. The Southern Edition shall published
quarterly. Subscription's are included in annual dues.

7. The Southern Chapter is a group of Firefighter's who choose to ride
Harley-Davidson Motorcycles. Our Chapter and Club's primary purpose is to
enjoy the Camaraderie of the Fire Service and the world of
Harley-Davidson's. We are not an Outlaw type Motorcycle gang, and do not
pretend to be. Member's of the Southern Chapter acting or behaving as
such will not be tolerated.
