How to Order

If any of the items you see interest you or you are interested in a commission please address all requests and questions at Southern Moon Creations.  Please be as specific as you can.  If you are requesting a commission please include a link to a reference photo for the item you are requesting the commission for.  

Also, as the Halloween season approaches please keep in mind that I will not accept unreasonable requests (ie. you place an order four days before you need the item.).  I can offer different types of shipping but it is advisable to make sure you have enough time to have an order shipped back incase you have a problem with it or it gets lost in the mail. 

If you are interested in purchasing an item that you see please send me an email with the item names.  I will then give you your total, including domestic shipping, along with where payment can be sent.  Also, it is highly helpful if you can give the date you need the order by.  I can't be held responsible if you place an order a week before you need the item.  I do try to ship very quickly and can at times get you your item within a week or two.  But I cannot know when you need your item by unless you tell me.  Paypal is grealty preferred for payments.  Also, if you are an international buyer be aware that you will only be able to pay with paypal and you will need to make your payment in USD.  Inernational buyers also need to be sure to include your city and country to better assist me in providing correct shipping estimations.  ***Due to Ebay's new policy changes that have gone into effect I have shut down my ebay storefront.  I will list a few items on ebay and will consider selling a requested item to a buyer through ebay.  Be aware that if you do request to purchase an item through Ebay that the cost will be higher due to Ebay's fees.  If Ebay decides to cancel the new policy changes I will open my storefront again.  For now I am also selling through www.cosplay.com 's marketplace feature.  The good thing about purchasing from me through them is that feedback can still be left for the transaction.  I am perfectly willing to sell on other auction websites if also requested.  And, as always, I do accept direct purchase agreements.***    At no time will no money be asked for before you are ready to commit to purchase unless you are requesting a commission for an item not listed on my site.  Each commission price and payment plan are discussed per individual and can require a signed contract.

Please keep in mind that shipping estimations are based on domestic buyers.  If you do not live in the United States please make sure to alert me to this when asking for an order estimation!

Be aware that if you are an international buyer you will have to pay using paypal and have to be fluent in english ( which I know sounds horrible but this is to prevent transaction issues.  Babelfish translations are not acceptable.  Sorry!).  Domestic buyers can pay with paypal (always preferred as that it protects both the buyer and seller), personal check (which is considered accepted when it clears) or money order.  Wired money transfer are not accepted (such as Western Union).  Paypal payments need to be received within twenty four hours of purchase commitment unless otherwise agreed upon or the order is considered null and void.  Personal checks or money orders need to be received within seven business days of purchase commitment or the order is considered null and void.

No new items at the moment but wanted to take a quick few minutes to request a few things.  For those ordering for the Halloween season please make sure to get your order in as soon as possible.  It is not often possible to get an order in less than a week of it's needed time, especially at this time of year.
I am also currently fighting a head cold for over five days so if I can't respond to messages quickly please take no offense.  I expect I should be over this is no more than a week. 
And, as always, feel free to let me know what'd you like to see!  The next thing in the works is a customer gallery!

A quick small update.  Since we had so many Sera Myu items (with more on the way) available it was decided that it needed it's own section.  Our hopes are that this makes it easier to find the Sera Myu items you're looking for without having to sift throught the regular Sailor Moon items.

Mwhahahahahahahaaaa!
Erm...*ahem*
So, to state the obvious, I've changed the layout.  Or, rather, the sometimes nifty editor client did.
In celebtration of the change not only do we offer even more items but we created a Shoujo Kakumei Utena page.  On it you'll find thhe items we previously offered along with Utena Duelist Epaulettes (anime and movie versions) and Rose Bride Epaulettes.  Other items added were Sera Myu Neptune, Uranus and Pluto broaches, Sera Myu Neptune Earrings and Sera Myu Chibi Moon Broaches.  Soon we'll have up Sera Myu Uranus and Saturn pendants and Sera Myu Chibi Moon Earrings.
Tomorrow more items will be listed soon.  The next bunch of items that you can look forward to seeing soon will include Yue's hair accessories, more Sera Myu items and chest chains from Utena.  There is a possibility of us offering Rose Crest Rings and we are strongly considering making epaulettes worn by the various opposing duelists.
On a side note, we're considering having a customer photo gallery.  Let us know what you think and any photos donated would be greatly appreciated!  We adore awesome cosplayers at S.M.C!

Hello again!  I'm very excited about the new items we've added to our list!  In the Sailor Moon section you can now find Sera Myu Eternal Sailor Moon broach, earrings and small waist broach.  We do also offer her choker pendant, but it's not listed at the moment. 
In the Avatar section you can now find the Air Nomad prayer bead necklace.  The design is based heavily on Monk Gyatso's necklace and often seen on the other air nomads of both genders.
And two brand new items we have available in the misc. section are Special A Hikari's floral barettes and Slayers Lina Inverse earrings. 
In the works are more Sera Myu items, a re-designed PGSM Sailor Moon broach, and possibly some FFX-2 Yuna items.  And we are considering making Card Captor Sakura sealed key necklace pendants.  Please keep checking in!
On a  special note - the three month relocation has been cancelled.  This means I now be able to accept orders during that time.  I do advise that any items needed for Halloween to please be ordered early in the month.  It's best to allow extra time incase an order gets lost and has to be re-shipped again.  I want to help my customers really be able to enjoy  themselves at thier parties in their full costume!
