How to Order If any of the items you see interest you or you are interested in a commission please address all requests and questions at Southern Moon Creations. Please be as specific as you can. If you are requesting a commission please include a link to a reference photo and name of the series for the item you are requesting the commission for. Please keep in mind that I will not accept unreasonable requests (ie. you place an order four days before you need the item). I can offer different types of shipping but it is advisable to make sure you have enough time to have an order shipped back incase you have a problem with it or it gets lost in the mail. Feel free to email me as I'm working on your items but understand that I may not be able to reply quickly. Much of my time is spent working on orders so that I can get them shipped to you quickly. My goal is to get you your order within a month (often two weeks) within received payment, instead of the multiple months it can sometimes take to recieve a commissioned order. If you are interested in purchasing an item that you see please send me an email with the item names. I will then give you your total, including domestic shipping, along with where payment can be sent. Also, it is highly helpful if you can give the date you need the order by. I do try to ship very quickly and can at times get you your item within a week or two, though this is in no way a guarantee. I cannot know when you need your item by unless you tell me. Please do keep in mind that if you commission an item within a week of needing it that I may not be able to provide it. Paypal is greatly preferred for payments. Also, if you are an international buyer be aware that you will only be able to pay with paypal and you will need to make your payment in USD. International buyers also need to be sure to include your city and country to better assist me in providing correct shipping estimations. ***I am also selling through www.cosplay.com 's marketplace feature. The good thing about purchasing from me through them is that feedback can still be left for the transaction. I am perfectly willing to sell on other auction websites if also requested. I've also decided to sell on Esty (store name southernmooncreation ), which is also another great palce where buyer and sellers can rate each other. And, as always, I do accept direct purchase agreements.*** Each commission price and payment plan are discussed per individual and can require a signed contract, though often I do not request one. Please keep in mind that shipping estimations are based on domestic buyers. If you do not live in the United States please make sure to alert me to this when asking for an order estimation! Be aware that if you are an international buyer you will have to pay using paypal and have to be fluent in english ( which I know sounds horrible but this is to prevent transaction issues. Babelfish translations are not acceptable. Sorry!). Domestic buyers can pay with paypal (always preferred as that it protects both the buyer and seller), personal check (which is considered accepted when it clears) or money order. Wired money transfer are not accepted (such as Western Union). Paypal payments need to be received within twenty four hours of purchase commitment unless otherwise agreed upon or the order is considered null and void. Personal checks or money orders need to be received within seven business days of purchase commitment or the order is considered null and void. When paying with a personal check please keep in mind that your order will be shipped when your check is cleared by the bank. Sailor Moon page 4 has some neat new items up. We have a set of Jupiter boots and Venus shoes available. Each have been hand painted and the Jupiter boots have a side zipper closure on each boot. You can also see the customize silver Neptune tiara and Neptune henshin wand themed earrings we've recently created for another customer. If you travel over to the broach section on page 1 you can see the addtional colors we've added for the Eternal Sailor Senshi star broaches. Please keep in mind that any color is available and that in the future we plan to provide photo examples of every color. If you head over to our Final Fantasy section you'll find a new item we're very excited about here. We can now offer Lulu's hair stick accessories! They are very light weight and based on the artwork found in the game guide book. And, last, in the misc section you can find items from Katekyo Htiman Reborn. We can now provide the crown and the belt buckle cover for Belphegor. On our list of future items we are working on Sailor Jupiter's tiara with detachable antennae, the two broach set for Super Sailor Moon and the much anticipated Crescent Moon Wand. We're also hoping to provide a Water Tribe pendant keychain/cell phone charm in honor of the upcoming movie. As always, please feel free to request items not seen on the site! April 1, '09 First off I'd like to apologies for those who have had their orders delayed and have had to wait a couple of days to get emails responses. My little one has been sick for the past two weeks, which has has left much time to work on orders. We're all caught up now and I appreciate everyones patience.
March 24, '09 We have items from some new titles now available. For Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne we now offer her earrings and hair accessories. Within the next few days expect to see her wrist bands pop up in that section. We're currently toying with hte idea of making her cross but it depends on how much you guys desire it. In the misc section you can find two different versions of Gwendolyn's crown fromth e game Odin Sphere. And what update is complete without an addition to our Sailor Moon section?
