Introduction :

    Hi my name is Amy and I am 25 years old. I am on a journey to lose weight. I am doing some things to get me motivated. I am doing weight watchers on line.(just started) was on ww last year and lost 33 lbs but gained it back (ouch!!) I went to meetings. But my hours got cut at work and I couldn't afford it so i quit all together big mistake. BIG MISTAKE!!!  so anyways back the present time I decided to do ww online in April  my start weight a whopping 268.... SCARY yes... thats what i started last year.... well now i am 262... thats minus 6 pounds Hip Hip Hurray!!!!!  only 27 to go to get where i left off... thats where this page gives me some motivation ( i hope). Any who I am also using  the 8 minutes in the morning book its an interactive book like a journal and motivation to do 2 exercizes in the morning every morning except sunday thats for rest, and a weigh in. so from now on i weigh in sundays.( at home i have a digital scale) and then there is that smart technique cds i started them today ( i am sure you've seen the infomercials for it.) oh and last but not least i have my scrapbook (other wise known as fatbook) has my before picture . goals. weightloss graph. its also like a journal to write my weightloss thoughts.

    well i guess thats all for now i will update weekly i hope....
