johnny took the corner to appear under the dark and deserted highway, the few car shadows were drenched in yellow and his eyes were pierced with anger. johnny pulled out his pocketbook full of names dates and philosophies and hurled it upon the highway. shattered pierces of what claimed to be him sprung into mid-air. a display of black and grey plastic filled the skies while he breathed for a minute and said goodbye.

johnny continues to walk under the overpass. he can feel like rhetorical questions building up in his mind. "am i the only lonely person out there"? , "is that even a rhetorical question"? he feels around in his gym bag and finds another pocketbook. "what the fuck" he cries out. they've become gremlin like. "pitch the fucker" he says. while im thinking why in the fuck am i writting about a guy that has re-occuring pocketbooks.
