SonicPwns Agreement
Before signing up for SonicPwns, you must agree and understand the following agreement as well as its conditions and terms . If any of these terms are violated, the SonicPwns Administration can delete your account at any time and can lead to rejection of further access to the site and forum.
SonicPwns Registration
1. You must sign up with your own email address, not someone else's. SonicPwns refuses to tolerate abuse or spam of email addresses that aren't yours.
2. Your chosen username isn't offensive and doesn't contain any profanity or inappropriate words and/or characters.
3. Your Profile Picture is not offensive and does not contain
adult material, child abuse, or any other picture which could be
considered vulgar to another user.
4. SonicPwns will never hand out any information to 3rd parties. Passwords for all user accounts are encrypted , therefore they cannot be seen by any one of the administrators.
5. Your account can be deleted anytime and for any necessary reason for violation of the above terms.
SonicPwns Files
1. SonicPwns is not responsible for the way you treat these files. It is strictly forbidden to sell them without the proper
authorization from their legal owners.
2. SonicPwns is not responsible for any damage these files may do to your computer. Every single file has been been checked and scanned for trojans, viruses, etc.
3. We refuse to add GBA, PS2, GCN, DS, etc ROMs. Do not attempt to request/ask for ROMs from these systems. These platforms are currently being supported and have games in production. Distributing ROMs/ISOs for these platforms will most likely hurt the financial aspect of these gaming companies. We will only support ROMs not to be sold in stores anymore.
Leeching (Stealing)
1. Here at SonicPwns, we will not, under any circumstances, allow hot-linking to any of our download links by posting them on other websites. As an exception, it is allowed to link to our site in general.
1. All the rules of the forum can be found in the forum in the "Rules" section of the "Administrative" category.
2. Failure to follow any of the rules of the forum can result in (temp/perma)banning, deletion of account, and/or restricted access.
Refusal to abide to the SonicPwns agreement will lead to a permanent suspension/closing to your account and further restricted access to both the site and forums.
