Legend tells of a great and ancient tome that travels the lands, an aged record created and bound by magic, seen perhaps once or, rarely, twice in the same world and realm. It moves through the cosmos, leaving behind furtive whispers of legends of beasts and battles so great they spread to every ear, tales too grand to be altered with the passage of time or retelling. What is shown depends on the one that finds the tome - never have the stories been the same, yet all are written in the same hand.

No matter who or where this tome is found, no matter what tale is read, there are a few things that never change: the first page shows the same greeting, always; the back half of the book is forever blank, as if there are still tales to be written; and the front half reads to infinity, impossible to finish. Those few stories that are shared last for eons after the tome has passed, many beginning in an impossible age long gone.

For those that have found this text, the following stories await thee. Turn mine pages, for I am this tome of legend. From whom shall you learn: Sparkle, Path, or Sign? Their circle may also interest you. Would you follow Emmaline or perhaps read Susanne's story? Or would it be better to explore the realm of Sionayra, from whence many in these pages have come?

Choose quickly, else the ancient legends be gone like ripples from a skipping stone.
