For all apartments, between Dec. 15 and
Jan 2, the daily rate applies except for stays of 4 or more months.
For stays of 12 or more months the low season rates apply.
Security deposits required, amount
depending on length of stay and returned on departure.
Deposits for reservations are returned in
full, less 10%, if the cancellations are more than 90 days prior to
your start. For cancellations more than 30 days prior to your start,
50% will be returned. With a cancellation of 30 or less days, there
will be no refund.
Deposits must be made in advance for a
reservation, 50% of the expected stay, not less than $200 nor more
than $1000 by bank to bank wire transfer or by check in US$ to our US
bank account.
For monthly rents, on arrival, first,
last and security will be required.

high speed Internet, water, garbage, condo fee, taxes, gas and
electric other than shown above.
