This Airsoft team functions differently than most that are out there.  We use a system of control and leadership that is similar to the US Army, US Navy Seals, and US Special Forces.  In other words, one person may have a higher rank and therefore control the decisions made out on the field.  In an Airsoft battle, it is most likely that the team will separate into several different groups, each with a leader and a close representation to him, of the next rank down  or closest one to him available.  This system of leadership will fluctuate about once every one, two or three months, depending on immunity earned by the leader.  If a soldier becomes a leader, he will earn a certain amount of immunity, of one two or three months.  This means that he holds that position permanently until his time is up, in which he and another soldier may battle for, or he may remain that leader or be promoted, based on the councils decision.  The council is made up of the best Airsoft players on the team, these positions can change every five months, no less, no more.  The council is based on the original team creators, most statistical soldiers, or may be appointed or nominated personnel.  In other words, your leader can nominate you, or half plus one of the original team creators plus statistical soldiers can vote you in.  The number of personnel on the council will be determined by the number of people on the team.  As more people join, more council members are allowed in.  It is based as, every 10 members, there is another council seat available.  The council will max out at fifty seats, but the number of people on the Airsoft team may be much higher than the ratio of the council seats.  The maximum number of members currently will be set at 500 personnel, this is not permanent and may be changed due to the number of Airsoft fields in North Carolina.   500 personnel per field will be the aspect ratio.  Personnel are not limited in their Airsoft training, they are allowed to and encouraged to get field experience on their own, in case a scenario occurs in which they need to do so.  Personal battles will not affect team statistics, but will affect personal statistics, team statistics is the only thing that is judged though.  Statistics are represented through categories based on battle skills, the higher the skill, the more classes that are open to you.  The statistics are based on How many men you can control, Knowledge, Stealth, Close Quarter Battles (CQB), Accuracy, Efficiency, Skill, and team ranking (Chair position/Rank).  The highest statistic and automatic 5 star General is, read as such :  All Man/10 Knowledge/10 Stealth/10 CQB/10 Accuracy/10 Efficiency/10 Skill/1st Chair .  What ever your statistics are, they will be represented on your clothing during battle, so everyone knows how you stand and what ranking you are and what you are allowed to do.  It also shows your group who is better at what situation, so that if there is no leader, the group can pick the best person to lead, according to the situation.
