Nestled on almost 3 acres, in Oyster River is our little piece of heaven. Centrally located on Vancouver Island, in beautiful British Columbia, Oyster River can be found midway between Campbell River and the city of Courtenay. Minutes from the fabulous fishing holes of the Oyster River, and a short drive to the slopes of popular Mt. Washington, we are surrounded by all the glory the area has to offer. A short walk south will bring you to the open sandy shores of Miracle Beach and the exciting Saturday night spectaculars of Saratoga Speedway.
Coming spring of 2008 we will offer horse and rider camping accomodations and overnight horse boarding. Tent and rv parking along with safe corrals, water and hay.
Here at The Soggy Bottom Ranch we offer our children an exciting and yet peaceful alternative to busy city living. We enjoy all the pleasurse of the city but relax in our own small piece of paradise. Here we enjoy the company of our 3 horses, dogs and cats along with goats, chickens and small furry critters. Our animals are an extension of our own family and we cherish each day we live with them.
