Living alongside Hendrix and Lexi our several other pets.
The Horses:

Arnie- bay gelding 13.2 - 'Greenlinks Cherif' - now 14 years old and retired. Arnie came into my life at just 3 years old and what a gem he is. Over the years we have shared heaps of fun competeting in competetions, hacking and pony club. He took me to my frst pony club camp and although I probably fell off the most times it was an experience i will never forget. Arnie has been unfortunate to suffer from bad health alot throughout his lifetime he is a laminitic and also suffers from cushings disease so is now permentantly retired which suits him fine, he was never one to put himself out when riding. Once he had decided enough was enough he'd throw me off! He is a character with a capital C and will live out the rest of his days with his best pal Bingo.

Bingo -Pic below- bay gelding 15.2 Quarter horse - Bingo is also now 14 years and came to us as a unbroken 2 year old. He certainly rules the field. Bingo is also now fully retired although i am sure if he put his mind to it could still do some work but like Arnie riding has never been his cup of tea. Bingo suffers very badly from claustrophobia and will break out of his stable if left in there for more than a few hours. He is a escape artist and has even learnt to escape under the electric fence how he does this without breaking it we will never know!!

The Parrots:
We currently have several parrots living here which makes for a very noisey household.
Merrick & Mindy - Blue Fronted Amazons

Eddie - Cockatoo - Eddie came to us from the RSPCA after her oweners went through a divorce and couldnt keep her. She was a very disturbed feather plucker when she arrived and still plucks to this day, but she is much happier and has even learnt to fly. Eddie was hand reared and believes she is a human!
Gizmo - African Grey - Gizmo came to us when her owner who was very ill couldnt cope. He has fit in very well.
Mr and Mrs Grey - African greys - Our breeding couple. Neither are tame but they are avid talkers and great fun.
The cockatiels;
We have 5 cockatiels living here at the momment. 4 babies and their father Pepsi, last year whilst rearing them their mum Tily unexpectantly died so we had the hard task of handrearing them. We really didnt think they would make it as they were only tiny pink things when they came in, but they all pulled through. The babies are all very tame and 2 of them have begun talking. They will all stay together now living outside in their aviary.
The Chickens;
Before I began showing dogs I was very interested in showing fancy poultry especially gold silkies. My last silkie died at 15 years old which is very old for a chicken. We currently only have 2 chickens left these are Polish and their names are Phoneix and Missy. Both are very old and enjoy laying in the garden soaking up the sunshine.
