For only $20/week (that’s 1/5 of the cost of ONE personal training session!), join us every Friday morning from 7:00-8:00am in Studio City for our special holiday weight-gain prevention program.
Registration includes:
· 5 expertly designed, outdoor training sessions with our celebrity trainer
· 2 Additional Workout “Assignments” per week emailed to you at the start of the week
· Our Weekly ‘Tips-to-Try’ e-newsletter, full of easy to use techniques for weight loss & maintenance
· Unlimited email support and expert advice to help you stay on track whenever you need it

1.5-hour session from 8:00-9:30am on Saturday, November 24th!

Missed sessions may not be prorated or refunded. Any cancelled sessions will be rescheduled in the event of inclement weather. Total payment of $100 is due, in full, upon registration. We reserve the right to cancel and offer a full refund for any session that does not meet the minimum number of required participants.
