E-learning from BRBRAIT
With
the continious follow up by PRESIDENT and DS the corrigendum and some transfer
orders of SDEs and JTOs have been issued by administration. Thanks to PGMT,DGM(HQ)and AGM(Admin)for
considering genuine difficulties of our executives.
The list is attached separately.
PSMS-PRODUCT AND SERVICE
MANAGMENT SOFTWARE is introduced in the working of Kalyan Telecom on
25.09.2007.With this ,it will be easy to sale the BSNL products online to
DSAs/franchaise. Inauguration took place with the lucky hands of
Shri.P.K.Londhe,PGMT Kalyan. Other Senior officers Shri.D.N.Singh,GM(D),Shri
k.Ekka,DGM(HQ ,Smt.Ekka ,DGM(NS), Shri.Vitthal DGM(FIN)were also present. Also
Shri.M.S.Adasul,AGS,Shri.A.M.Singh-president and Shri M.N.Kotambe DS were
present. The programme and online demo was well organised by Shri.R.P.Deshpande,SDE(mktg)and
Shri.M.M.Apte,SDE(sale).
Com.M.S.Adasul,AGS and Com.A.R.Manani left today to attened the CWC at
Tiruananthpuram. SNEA(I)Kalyan
wishes them ALL THE BEST
CONGRATULATION
to PGM and DGM (F) Kalyan for recovery of Rs.10 Lacks against outstanding.
DGM
(F) Shri K. Vitthal has taken
efforts and conveyed to Thane District Court regarding huge outstanding with
customers and in fact it is a loss of GOVT. and obtained permission and
co-ordination for conducting LOK- NYAYALAYA at Kalyan court.
Accordingly
the Lok-Nyayalaya was conducted at Kalyan court on 23.09.2007 with the help of
Hon’ble judge of kalyan court. At the end of day the
collection / commitment was about 10 lacks.
Shri
P.K.Londhe ,PGMT Kalyan and Shri S.D. Kemkar Area Manager Ulasnagar/ Dombivli
were also present and took maximum efforts. DS along with other SNEA(I) members
have also taken efforts .
Thanks
to Hon’ble judge of Kalyan court and advocate panel who have extended their
full co-operation during the day.
Scheme and Syllabus of
limited Departmental Competitive Exam for promotion to the grade of SDE (Civil) from
grade of JTO (Civil) have been circulated by BSNL corporate
office.

RECRUITMENT RULES OF MANAGEMENT TRAINEES IN
BSNL:
BSNL Corporate office vide order No-400-07/2005-Pers.I Dated 13th
September 2007 at New Delhi issued Recruitment Rules of Management Trainees in BSNL, without finalizing the recruitment rules of Group-A officers,
because of which thousands of our senior officers are getting retired as
Officiating/Adhoc DE without getting a regular Group-A promotion. SNEA(I) MH
Circle appeals our beloved GS to immediate take this issue to save the self
respect of our senior officers.
As BSNL Corporate office vide its letter No-32-I/SR/2007 Dated
at New Delhi-14th September 2007 had asked for suggestions on
framing of Group-A recruitment rules latest by 21st Sept-2007.

stay from JTO onwards for Inter Circle Transfer has been accepted, while for

every year.

meeting on 30th August-07 as confirmed from circle web site, we had
also news from reliable source that Monthly Call limit on Residential Telephone
Connection also has been Enhanced like:

600,

for SDEs from 600 to
800 and
·
for DEs from 800 to
1500 per month.
Orders are expected to come in next two to
three days.
Orders
for officiating promotion from TTA to JTO has been issued, Total 241 TTAs has been
given officiating promotion for 6 months from 1st Sept-07 to 28th
Feb-2008. all the TTA has been posted as per their choice in the
same SSA.

of the Dislocated SDEs Change of Circle orders has been issued One Shri R.V.Bihade
from Akola who was posted and since joined at Uttranchal will be relieved from

landline & Broadband Service Provider”
State-owned
telecom major and our beloved BSNL has bagged awards
for the most preferred landline service provider and broadband connection
provider.
The “CNBC Awaaz consumer
Awards 2007” was given by Chief Minister of Maharashtra to BSNL CMD Shri Kuldeep
Goyal at an event on 24th August-07
at Mumbai.
The company has a fixed line
subscriber base of over 4.72 crore.
over 17 lakh in wireless fixed
phones in urban.
38.42 lakh wireless fixed
phones in rural areas.
BSNL recorded a revenue of Rs
39,715 crores for the last fiscal.
In the last year (2006-07)
profit of BSNL was Rs 7,805 crores.
"These
awards are dedicated to our consumers. On this occasion, we want to reassure
them that BSNL will strive for more and better consumer satisfaction," BSNL CMD Kuldeep Goyal said during the function.

Meeting with DGM ( F )
Com A.R.Manani ,CS, Com
A.M.Singh , President and Com.M.N.Kotambe DS met to DGM(F) and discussed about various problems faced by our field
officers due account problems.
DGM(F) assured that , I personally see that no field officer will suffer due to
account problem . He also approved free calls to SDE (offiating ) as per SDE cadre.
DEs and SDEs financial power has been increased by DGM(F).
GOOD NEWS
The tender for maintenance of cable faults is at final stage
and very soon NIT for the same is going to issue.
Jabalpur training center started
e-learning program which is available on he link www.elearning.bsnl.co.in . The officers are required to register
for the course for which they require their HR No along with BSNL Mail ID. Once the registration is confirmed the
registration is valid for 30 days for a particular course. This can be revalidated for the period
of 15 days. The executives are the
required to pass an online examination for which 60% marks are required to
pass.
CDOT Release a
technical note on CCR Improvement.
The 16 pages technical note issued by CDOT is very useful for
improvement in CDOT MBM Exchanges.
The executives working in CDOT MBM Exchanges are requested to download
this sheet & follow the instructions provided in the sheets.

About 40 to 50
Executives from Kalyan & Bhiwandi area gathered at Kala Brahma Hall at Kala Talav, to
discuss the various problems faced during the working. Most of the executives showed the
concern over the negative attitude of the Area Manager, Bhiwandi & Kalyan towards the development
& maintenance work.
The meeting was
hosted by Com Mohrir under the leadership of Com A M Singh , President SNEA(I),
Kalyan. Com Manani, com Kotambe,
Com Sanap, Com Nagdekar, Com. Shaikh addressed the meeting.
Com Kotambe assured all the
members to take the matter with the PGMT, Kalyan & work out for the
solution.
