of AGS/CS Com.M.S.Adasul:As per tradition of
SNEA(I) Ulhasnagar ,this time also took the first opportunity to felicitate our beloved leader AGS and newly
elected Circle Secretary SNEA(I) Maharashtra Com M.S.Adasul .In the general body meeting which was held at TRC Club Hall, Ulhasnagar main Telephone Exchange Building on
yesterday evening Where Com.M.S.Adasul was
Felicitated by presenting him shawl and shriphal by Ulhasnagar Branch for the
first time after assuming the charge of prestigious post of Circle Secretary
SNEA(I) MH Circle. Thereafter members raised various queries and doubts over
development and HR related service matters which were satisfactorily replied by
DS Kalyan Com.M.N.Kotambe. Meeting was
attended and addressed by many of SNEA(I) Circle and District level leaders
including AGS & CS Com.M.S.Adasul,Ex CS
Com.A.R.Manani,District President Com.A.M.Singh,DS Kalyan Com.M.N.Kotambe,Treasurere
Com.K.B.Patil, Vice President Com.R.K.Nagdekar,ADS Com.V.K.Bhamre,Area
Secretaries COM. Rajesh Dalvi who organized first
meeting after he has elected as a Area Secretary Ulhasnagar and efficiently
conducted well attended Meeting,Com.N.N.Kapadnis,Com.M.R.Sanap, Branch secretary Ulhasnagar Com.R.S.Bhalerao,Treasurer Ulhasnagar Com.S.G.Kale, Senior Officer Com.B.B.Pathare
and was Presided over by Com A.R.Parihar
Branch President Ulhasnagar.Meeting ended at 21.30 hrs.
Following are the important issues on which PGMT agreed.
1.
The management has
given written point wise assurance to implement the agenda submitted on
02.02.2009.
2.
Regarding important
store items like BB modems, EVDO, NIC cards GM (D) assured that same will be
made available within 10 to 15 days but before that he requested for compliance
on the modems already issued to field.
3.
Regarding OFC tools,
GM (D) told that sufficient tools/machines like Splicing machine, OTDR and
power meter are being made available and tender for attending the OFC fault is
in the final stage and will be finalized within 10 to 15 days.
4.
Regarding Dapoda
exchange, GM (D) declared that tender for accommodation the new Dapoda
Telephone exchange has finalized.
5.
GM (D) also declared
that tender for stationary has been finalized.
6.
PGMT assured that
all the vehicle under scraping would be finalized within one month.
7.
PGMT agreed to give access of ‘94’to the WLL of
Telecom Mechanics. This point was strongly raised
by our Com A.M. Singh, President.
8.
Regarding request
transfer of executives, PGMT Kalyan told that the exercise is going on and very
soon orders will be issued.
9.
Regarding
equalization, PGMT assured that it will be implemented wherever it is possible.
10.PGMT
agreed to implement the message alert to each phone mechanic on his WLL after
immediate booking of complaint on 198 by customer.
11.PGMT
told to GM (O) to issue necessary instructions to all Area Managers to grant
the imprest to all JTOs.
12.PGMT
also told to GM (O) to issue necessary instructions to all Area Managers to
finalize the tender of housekeeping work at each office and RSUs.
13.PGMT
assured that account related matters would be solved by calling separate
meeting with DGM (F).
14.PGMT
agreed to post at least 3 to 4 TTAs to Broadband section to attend the
complaints of customers as well as field executives.
15.Regarding
cash collection, PGMT agreed that wherever AO is in existence, he would collect
all the cash including CSC.
The meeting was very fruitful
as management shown positive attitude and took decision in resolving many
problems. Meeting ended at 1930 Hrs with vote of thanks by Com. M.N.Kotambe DS,
SNEA (I) Kalyan. We thank Shri. T. K. Sil and his management team for resolving
our most of the problems and special thanks for granting the permission to
conduct the classes.
On this act of management, DS strongly
replied on our stand for conducting classes as reply to letter by DGM (HQ) and
same time agenda submitted to PGMT on
burning problems faced by our executives while carrying the development as well
as maintenance work in BSNL Kalyan.

special meeting of executives of civil , electrical and architecture wing was held on 05th April 2009 at
11.30 hrs at Kalabramha Hall,Telephone Bhavan kala Talao, kalyan.The executives
of civil , electrical from
Ahmednagar,Raigad,Aurangabad and Mumbai were attended the meeting. The meeting was
attended and addressed by Com Chandrashekhar ,AGS ,CHQ from civil wing ,Com M.S.Adasul,AGS CHQ & CS ,Com S.V. Bhad , President ,Com A.R.Manani,Ex.CS,Com P.N.Patil,Tresurer ,Com Doshi,CWC Member,SNEA(I) MH Circle and Com M.N.Kotambe ,DS Kalyan. Detail discussion took place on various issues like
implementation of IDA,Grant of ACP,Merger of civil,electrical and architecture
into telecom,vehcle,difficuilties in USO project ,empanelment of hospitals etc.Com
Chandrashekhar in his speech
assured that ONLY SNEA(I) IS CAPABLE TO SOLVE
THE PROBLEMS OF
EXECUTIVES OF CIVIL ELECTRICAL AND ARCHITECTURE WING.Also he appealed all the executives to get joined your collogue to
SNEA(I) and strengthen the SNEA(I)at all levels. The Joint representation was
submitted to AGS Com Chandrashekhar .About 100 members were attended the meeting.
The meeting was also attended by most of the members of SNEA (I) KALYAN.

Com.Chandrashekhar was felecited by SNEA (I) Kalyan on that occasion. Among
many other things review of financial position was taken and it was unanimously
decided to collect Subscription amount of Rupees 40/- per month per member for entire
year in advance from 1st April-09 to 31st March-2010,
also it was decided to collect additional donation of Rupees 1000/- from each
member making it total of Rupees 1500/- per
member for entire year of 2009-10.It was also suggested to give Donation to
SNEA MH Circle at the rate of Rupees 200/- per member from this total of
Rs.1500.Com Mukesh Wadhawani is new incumbent
to kalyan but he has taken maximum efforts to make the CD/DVD of last circle conference.
Also he played major roll in distributing books for competitive exam of JTOs
.For his special task of work; he has been felicitated by presenting him a bouquet.
The Executive body unanimously passed one resolution that as per corporate
office and circle office guidelines, the equalization of work i.e.indepedent
charge to JTO, must be implemented in our SSA so that shortage of staff can be
met and BSNL services can be improved.
Very soon SNEA (I) Kalyan is going to take up this matter with PGMT
Kalyan.

04th April-2009: The
special meeting of executives of civil , electrical and architecture wing is
going to be held on 05th April 2009 at 10.00 hrs at Kalabramha

Executives working under Civil wing, like: Non implementation of time bound
promotion policy, Fixation of pay of JTO (Civil) on Ist ACP, delay in giving
mandatory E1 to E2, E2 to E3 and E3 to E4 Training, ACP cases of JTOs and SDEs
etc. CS demands meeting from CE (civil) on 13th Feb-09 to discuss

08thFeb-2009: Grand, Colourful 3rd District Conference of SNEA KALYAN: The
highly successful 3rd District conference of SNEA (I) Kalyan was held on yesterday at
Kalabrahma Auditoriuam, Kala Talao, Kalyan.
About SNEA(I) Kalyan : The Kalyan SNEA is
the largest, biggest and only Telecom District of SNEA where we are having as
per Constitution grass root democracy
and 6 branches within division are working with independent and exclusive
bodies of 15 office bearers for each branch, they are smoothly functioning and
conducting their general body meetings regularly since last 6 years, 15 member
Kalyan District body is overall responsible for functioning of entire District
level matters, One CEC member, CS and one AGS, totaling 108, this is only the
figure of office bearers of SNEA Kalyan !
which is highest in not only MH but anywhere in India, Not only that,
SNEA Kalyan is also perhaps since last three years financially richest District
of SNEA not only in MH but in India, having One Lakh in Fixed Deposit and total
turn over of more than 6 Lakhs, Paid highest amount of Quota than any other SSA
to CHQ and MH Circle since last 3 years This is as per The Accounts
statement presented by Treasurer
Com.K.B.Patil(whom people also call as KUBER Patil or Lakhpati Patil ) in
Yesterday’s District conference, Kalyan is the perhaps only SSA in entire
MH where District conference begins with Morning tea, to Breakfast, Lunch & Ends after Dinner only. Despite its size, it
maintained its tradition and culture of choosing office bearers unanimously and
entire election process completed as usual within minutes, sparing more time
for discussions and deliberations on other important issues before BSNL and
SNEA.
Delegate
Session: In the President ship of Com.A.M.Singh Morning session which was
exclusively a delegate session was held in which Reports from Branch
Secretaries, Area Secretaries, District office bearers were presented. There
after District Secretary Kalyan
Com.M.N.Kotambe submitted his 7 page report which was passed by house with big
claps. After that District Treasurer Com.K.B.Patil presented accounts of SNEA
Kalyan which was also approved by House with Claps, after appointment of
Election officers Shri K.Arunan,Shri V.M.Savdekar and Shri B.B.Pathare,
existing body was dissolved and Election of Office bearers for next term was
held and as per tradition and culture of Kalyan entire 15 member District body
along with one CEC nomination was elected unopposed and unanimously, Accordingly
Com.A.M.Singh was Re-elected as District President,Com.M.N.Kotambe was
Re-elected as District Secretary and Com.K.B.Patil made a hattrick and
Re-elected as Distict Treasurer of Kalyan. Com.U.P.Mishra was elevated and
elected as CEC member from Kalyan. As per tradition, one post was given to
civil wing and one post was given to Electrical wing in Kalyan District Body,
accordingly Com.M.A.Wase was elected as Vice President and as civil wing
representative and Com.A.Y.Kesarkar was elected as Vice President and as
Electrical wing representative.

Session of SNEA Kalyan District Conference: A Report: Immediately after
delegate session At 16-00 hrs, Grand Open Session of the 3rd Distict
Conference of SNEA(I) Kalyan was held at same venue, which was attended by Galaxy of Distinguished

Shri ChandraPrakashji had already told his non–availability due to pre
assigned commitments, GM (HQ) MH Circle Hon’ble Shri G.Jayaraman ji had
send best wishes letter addressed to DS Kalyan Com.M.N.Kotambe, which was read
out in the house by ADS Kalyan Com.V.K.Bhamre, who also read out in the house
messages received from different leaders from MH who were invited but could not
able to attend due to some unavoidable reasons.
Detailed, studied and well appreciated speeches were being delivered by
AGS Com.M.S.Adasul, Circle President Com.A.G.Joshi, CS Com.A.R.Manani, DS
Kalyan Com.M.N.Kotambe and President Com.A.M.Singh. AGS and CS highlighted the
works done by SNEA Kalyan and appreciated entire district body specially DS
Com.M.N.Kotambe, President Com.A.M.Singh, Treasurer Com.K.B.Patil, Ex.ADS and
newly elected CEC member Com.U.P.Mishra. SNEA Leaders appreciated co-operation
from Kalyan Management especially from PGMT Kalyan Shri T.K.Sil, GM Kalyan Shri
P.K.Londhe, and AGM (Admn) Shri V.N.Savdekar and from leaders and members of all
unions and Associations of Kalyan. All the SNEA Top leaders assured PGMT Kalian
that Executive community will work hard for remaining 50 days of this financial
year and are ready to work willingly on all Sundays and holidays also, provided
care for some just and genuine demands of executives regarding material,
manpower are being taken by management, then All given targets in landline,
Broadband, WLL, GSM are achievable and can be achieved with determination. GM
Kalyan Shri P.K.Londhe saluted the leaders for their knowledge of issues and
problems, He stressed the need for each and every one to know Visions and
missions of BSNL. GMD Kalyan Shri Kishor Kumar ji in his address identified
strengthening of Transmission media and Broadband team and PGMT Kalyan himself
assured to pay personal interest in getting solutions, PGMT reminded that in a
big organization like BSNL problems will continue to remain, we have to try to
sort out them and go for solutions. He also told that surely there are some
constraints in GSM growth because of MTNL License area covering Kalyan,
Dombivali areas, where customers have to pay Roaming charges even at Home.
Proceedings
of a well attended & well behaved conference were efficiently conducted by
Area Secretary Kalyan Com.Anil S. Mohrir. Entire conference was covered by
photos and movies under the guidance of
Com.V.N.Savdekar, Com.R.K.Nagdekar and Com.R.P.Deshpande, prime attraction of
Conference was Big Screen on dais showing Photo slides and Extracts of
meetings, Agitations of SNEA Kalyan arranged by Com.T.N.Pogade, Com.P.S.Bhuse
and their team, Stage arrangement were well managed by Com.M.A.Shaikh and
Com.J.J.Wadhwani,Food arrangements were taken care by Com.M.M.Apte and
Com.R.K.Yadav, while responsibility of
transportation arrangement was handled by Com.P.D.Mengal. Vote of thanks
was presented by Kalyan Branch Secretary Com.R.P.Deshpande.
05thFeb-2009: General Body Meeting of SNEA (I) Vasai: General Body Meeting of SNEA (I) Vasai was
held in the President ship of Vasai Branch President Com.P.H.Dhayade on
yesterday from 19-00 Hrs at Vishnu Pratibha A/C Hall, Virar. Meeting lasted for
more than 4 hours and continued till upto Midnight, Among those who attended and addressed the

M.S.Adasul, President Com A.M.Singh, DS Com M.N.Kotambe and AS Com V.K.Bhamre
met to Shri T.K.Silji, PGMT Kalyan and discussed in details on agenda submitted
by DS.PGMT assured that necessary action will be taken on each and every points
of the agenda submitted .PGMT is very much worried about the target of this
year but we assured him Sir please you arrange for required store material and

meeting was scheduled on yesterday at 17.30 hrs at conference hall,

,Com M.N.Kotambe DS,all district office bearers ,branch presidents, branch
secretaries along with so many activists .The list of delegates for district

of resignation of Com A.R.Manani published on SNEA(I) MH circle website ,the DS
Kalyan starts receiving so many calls from all the nook and corner of
Maharashtra that What happen in kalyan that Com Manani has resigned from very
prestigious post Circle Secretary,MH Circle ?DS
replied that nothing is happened in kalyan but we are going to meet to CS and
will discuss in details. Immediately the team of executive body along with
other executives including District/Branch office bearers of Kalyan SNEA(I)
under the leadership of AGS Com.M.S.Adasul, DS

submitting Resignation against the wishes and sentiments of thousands of
SNEA members and office bearers of Sanchar Nigam Executives’ Association,
Maharashtra and decided for withdrawing the Resignation . Lastly CS
