When you see one of the Pastors under the Sunday you want to view you may click the PLAY icon (with your left mouse button) to start loading the video which will start playing shortly  (Some dial-up and other services may playback the video faster than it can be downloaded which stops the play back until the down load catches up to the video.  If you do not see an image, YouTube maybe be working on their site or you either have your JavaScript turned off or an old version of Macromedia's Flash Player.
