Sm Designs layout, graphics and downloads all belong to Sm Designs and must NOT be redistributed.

None of Sm Designs items/downloads can be redistributed this includes upload to The Exchange, The Sims Resource or Mod The Sims.

If you use any of our content in your previews, pictures etc. please give appropriate credit and a link back. All items are copyright and belong to Sm Designs, you cannot take credit for Sm Design's items.

Meshes- All meshes are included within the zip file, unless stated otherwise. If the mesh has been acquired from another site the appropriate credit and link back will be found beside the download link.

Textures and Alphas- Do not under any circumstances use or edit my textures/alphas for your own creation or to edit mine. If you would like me to make a certain cloth from adult to elder please sent a request via the forum or email. DO NOT EDIT MY CREATIONS.

Full Sims- You cannot redistribute or take credit for my Sims. If you would like to use them in your photos or in a project please credit me and link back to this website.

All custom content is currently free to download. If a download does not work or you are having trouble please contact me. Extract or save the documents in the ZIP download folder to: EA GAMES>SIMS 3> DOWNLOADS
