We reserve the right to refuse to sell
to anyone below the age of 16 without parental approval and also to enquire

have made for the gecko(s). Our geckos will only be released if the buyer
has ~ or can show ~ a basic, sound knowledge of a geckos care and requirements;
further information regarding care can be found on the Care pages.

copy of their health details which will contain information such
as the parentage, weight, *sex, morph, the day he/she hatched, what livefood
they
are raised on and also a basic four page care sheet.
*Please Note ~ Although all the
leos and african fat-tails are incubated for female (unless
stated otherwise) this cannot be guaranteed as temperature sexing is
not
100% reliable.

upon ~ Viewings are by appointment only ~ or you can now arrange for a licensed
reptile courier for delivery at an additional cost (please read details

Collection

as
it is felt
that
this minimises
the stress caused
to the gecko and it gives you the opportunity to view how the geckos
are kept, their parents and ask any questions that you may have regarding
care.
If you wish to collect and are travelling some distance from Plymouth
then
a
small
travelbox
and
heatpack
can be
provided
free of
charge ~ please let us know if these will be required when arranging a collection
date.
Courier/Delivery
Please Note ~ we will NOT use
any other means of delivery other then by a Fully Licensed Courier or Reptile
Taxi's and these are at the buyers own risk and judgement. Some
of the Licensed Couriers we accept are listed on the links

All
delivery costs must be paid before delivery unless prior arrangement is made
with the courier.
Polyboxes and heatpacks (if necessary) are supplied by us at no extra cost
to ensure the safe delivery of your gecko(s)
Problems
If you are unhappy with your new gecko
then please contact us by e-mail or the phone number given
with
the
geckos
papers within three days, we will exchange/refund as appropriate ~ however
we reserve the
right
of
non-refund
if we believe
any problem may have arisen through poor husbandry, poor handling or failure
to quarantine.
We believe strongly in after-sales care; with our main concern being with
the welfare of the gecko so help, support and advise are available even
after the guarantee period has ended.
Before Purchase or Reserving
Please ensure that you are confident
with the requirements of your chosen geckos and that you have all the necessary
equipment prior to purchase, our Care Sheet and
starting out pages are good starting points. Ideally, your viv or tank
should be set up at least one week prior to purchase your new gecko to
ensure that everything is set and running correctly before introducing
the gecko
to its new home. You should also be aware that it may take several days
for your gecko to adjust to its new surroundings, therefore it may not
eat for the first few days.
