HOW DID YOU OR ARE YOU PERSONALLY RECOVERING FROM ANOREXIA = It took a lot of opening of the eyes on my part to try to over come this disease. It's so hard because this is a disease of the mind, the body, the soul, the heart. You have to want to recover. You have to value your health and your loved ones and your life more than the want to be thin. Which, believe it or not, seems almost impossible at some points. I'm not 100% better at this point. But nowadays I can at least get out of bed and eat at least once a day. It used to be so bad I was like a walking corpse. The temptation will be there. Daily. Sometimes I think I'll never get over this completely. Maybe you have to fall flat on your face before you realize you HAVE to get better. Stop telling yourself that you can stop anytime you want to, that once you get to your ideal weight you'll start being healthy again. It's not true, you have to face that, you have to face the disease, you have to learn to face yourself. Only then can you start down the path of recovery.

Recovery is possible and you are all worth it!!!
