3 to 5 pm. The Cheyenne Celtic Musical Arts Festival was designed to highlight the Irish and Scottish cultures through a weekend of music, dance and displays. Visiting and local bagpipe bands, along with small and large musical groups from Cheyenne and Front Range, provided music, and Scottish clans hosted exhibits explaining their individual histories and arts. Additionally, the musicians and dancers offered workshops free of charge.
