visit the Skegness Tourist Information Centre and they will more than happy to help you find whatever accomodation you need.
You could also try Coastfield Leisure Holiday Village and Coral Beach Holiday Park
You could even try ebay where i know that some people have got 6/8 berth caravans for £50 for the whole weekend, thats a bargain!!!!
There will be official Ska Splash 2008 merchandise, band merchandise and stalls selling clothing, footwear, CDs, vinyl etc.
