THE PAST
The band was formed many years ago, with man grand-seniors before us. It is difficult to track band all the seniors starting from the very first euphonium player, so here's a little about the seniors who graduduated in recent years.
NOORLI
Yay Noorli! She came in to the band in 1998 and graduated in 2001. She was the drum major then.(WOAH) She was in the euphonium secion but was transferred to the tuba section later. She used to often come back to visit the band and teach the sec ones then drills and stuff in 2002. She never failed to entertain us with her ever funny lame stupid jokes and stories. HAHA. But when it comes to work, don' mess with her, she is very serious. All in all, she is a very well-respected senior.
LEYHONG
Leyhong! Miss Patience! She came in to the band in 1999 and graduated in 2002. Leyhong is very very very tall! Haha. That's her trademark. Her patience is commendable commendable commendable! You rarely see her flare up. No matter how difficult it was when it came to teaching a junior, especially sec one, she never showed her temper or get frustrated. She was always patient. She was in the euphonium section but sadly transferred to tuba section later. What a pity! Oh ya! She's very nice too!
SHARON SNG
NICKNAMED BIG SHARON, because small sharon poped in. Haha. She came in to the band in 1999 and graduated in 2003. From what i can remember, sharon has a quite a sexy voice! hahaha. We used to hide behind our instruments and start chit chatting non stop. The conductor then, Mr Tan Loke Chuah didn't care! Hoho! Oh and she held her instrument in a different way from us. That was quite comical. Hahahahaha.
CHELSEA
CHELSEA! BELOVED BELOVED CHELSEA!!! She came in to the band in 2001 and graduated in 2004. She was the sectional leader for 2 years. She's one fun-loving person and everyone loves her! haha. We wouldn't live through the depressing band practices if not for her. We play, we laugh, we joke, we talk, we lame, we cry, we do absloutely everything togther in band, those were the wonderful memories. All the stories and jokes are registered in our minds forever. "WORLD CLASS LAMERS ON WHEELCHAIR" "LP1 LP2 LP4" "NEMO" "PINK HIPPO" and many many many more! We wished you never had to leave us and we miss you dearly! =)
THE FUTURE
Hopefully we can get three sec one juniors next year.

Please see instruments, skip the faces.=)
(from left to right)
Cheryl's instrument- The oldest of the three instruments. It is still in good working condition. A few unremovable spots caused by the rain on the upper part of the instrument. It is passed down from Big Sharon.
Sharon's instrument- The second oldest of the three instrument. It is still in good working condition. Nice and clean.
It is passed down from Chelsea.
Melodi's instrument- The newest of the three instuments. It is not in good working condition. The sound produced is stuck and wobbly. Difficult to play. Sent it for repair for thousand times already, still cannot be fully repaired. It is the instrument that all sec ones start off with, until a senior leaves and passes another instrument to her.
It is also known as the HOPELESS BABY.
However, we are looking foward to our new instruments when the band receives the replacement grant.
