How to Order If you would like to place an order Please email me at: sixtoedkitty@gmail.com I will need to know the type of the graphic you are needing and all the text that should be on it. I also need to know  if the piece is for a spot that has specific dimension  restrictions and if so what they are Please think this out before ordering, each change you require takes a lot of extra time to make. It also helps to know the mood you are trying to set, the color scheme, and file size preferences.  After I complete a design I will mail it to you with  a "sample" tag stamped over top.  If you like it but need some changes made just let me know what they are and I will keep trying to get it as close to how you want it as I can.   If you do not like the design made for you just let me know and I will make you up something different.

Payment I prefer payments through PayPal at the address: sixtoedkitty@gmail.com company name: Sixgraphics   I take checks or money orders or whatever works best for you.  Let me know if you need my personal address and i'll email it to you.  If you need a week or so before the money gets into your account before you can make a payment that is fine, but if possible please let me know in advance. If I can get someone else's done and paid for before you are ready to make a transaction that helps me out a lot. If you can't pay me for my time please don't request a graphic, I don't have alot of spare time and when I'm doing this there is usually 100 other things I should probably be doing instead.  I understand that things happen now and then but if you have alot going on it's best to wait untill you will be easy to reach before ordering a custom job.   Please do not freely use a graphic until payment arrangements have been made, but do test it out first.  If I make you a graphic that you don't like and request that i make something different that is fine, but please do not later use the graphic that you did not pay for.  If you didn't like it, it is not yours and i will reuse that idea and elements from it on something in the future that fits someone else better. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ When I send you a sample file there often will be a few versions to choose from, if you wish to purchase the additional animation variations of the graphic that you choose please add an extra $3.00 for each. If you come up with something not listed here that you'd like done just send me your ideas and we will work out a price for it. After I notice that payment has been sent to my account I send you back an email to confirm that i received it, then send your files to you promptly.  If you need them hosted on my Photobucket account just let me know and i will upload them there and send you the links.  Please save a copy to your hard drive, I will not be responsible if  it suddenly shuts down and gets erased.  I keep copies of everything I make on my computer, but it's better to be safe then sorry incase anything gets lost.

 

File Size Please keep in mind that i do have to work within reasonable file size limits and i don't yet offer flash format so if you are wanting a bunch of flashy animation effects along a lot of frames of animation, your file will be very large and will bog down the loading time of your site as well as be almost unusable to any one trying to access your site from a modem.  Anytime I am making a graphic how large the file will turn out is my first concern.  File size can be cut down in most cases by cutting back the amount of colors used in a piece, so if you require many frames of animation of a large dimension graphic, consider going with grey scale or sepia to make it easier on your guests. People often say file size is not a problem and they just want something elaborate to display. It can be done, but please keep in mind these types of files take as much time as making a few banners in many cases so i will have to charge more for the amount of time put into them.  Also after requesting a file this large to be made, if it is too big to load onto your page i will try to keep trimming it as much as possible, but i cannot give you a refund on the amount of time spent if the graphic is still unusable. Please do not request this type of file for a message board siggy because it is not polite.  I never let a message board siggy go over 150 kb and try to keep most of them under 100kb.

My desktop resolution is set to 600x800, most of the graphics on this site were created at that resolution.  I recently recieved a new laptop and it's resolution is set at 1280x800, there is a big difference in size and clarity.  Stuff made at a higher resolution looks a little pixely at the lower ones. and graphics made at a low resolution are so small it looses details and just dosen't look as great to me. If anyone could help me figure out what most people use by answering the poll below that would be a big help.
