Whoo! Lots of editing done tonight. US Nationals was great, a recount of how it went is in the My Cubing Experience section. I actually added some fingertricks to the Finger Trick section, and I added to the OLL section! Less than 20 to go! So yeah, I'm glad I've made some much needed progress on this site - more updates to come.
I'm going to US Nationals! I'm pretty excited - I'll be competing in the Rubik's Cube speedsolve, One Handed, and 3x3x3 BLD events. I think I'll perform in that order from best to worst. My goals: get a sub-15 average for the speedsolve, sub-27 average for OH, and a sub 4 minutes solve for BLD. I'm out of practice - I'm getting 16 and 17 (and even 18 while warming up...) second averages. I defintely need to get my hands working again. I think after a couple averages of 100 I'll be in great shape though. I will update the My Cubing Experience page once the competition is over.
I'll also update the videos with some Dani B. has put on youtube. Also I'll some more, as soon as Dani B. sends me those last TCA videos he has, so we can all see the races other than when I lose, haha.
So last weekend on Friday night I was cubing in my room (yeah I'm pretty lame I stayed at home on a Friday night...) and i did an average of 100 - something I haven't done in a while. I was pretty disappointed, since I had an average of 18 seconds. The next morning I started practicing again, and my average gradually went from 17 to 16 to 15...before I knew it I had a new best average of 14.18 seconds! I was pretty happy with this, as I reached my goal before the school year was out. Sweet, if I practice enough in the next few months, I actually might have a shot (albeit a small one) at winning (yes i said winning!) the US Open (if I'm able to go). So yeah, I've made some good progress. Leaderboard updated, although I'm sure Danny H. has an average better than me at this point.
Time is becoming something I am having less and less of, as exams approach. I will try to update when the chance arises, however. Any quick questions are best answered, as always, in the chat box. Leaderboard, Goals, and Nemeses update. Peace...
Leaderboard updated. Goals and Nemeses updated. And....

PLL tutorial video is in the works, it will cover all PLLs and different techniques for performing each one. So...stay tuned. New additions to the advanced F2L section will follow soon.
