Sinner twin Synopsis


 Characters:

Senyaka:


     Senyaka: The main character. Age: 23. He & his twin sister Raven, are assassins for hire, taking all jobs. He exudes confidence in everything he does, & is a perfectionist. Unlike his sister, he likes to be thorough in all things, seeing everything to the end. He seems cold & aloof to those that do not know him, & for the most part he is, but for those he cares about he is very loyal & caring too. This rings true mostly for his twin Raven. He is very protective of her, even though he knows she can look after herself. Say anything bad about her & you will have your head taken from your body quicker than you could blink. Both he & his sister were born with special abilities. Senyaka can view the world in slow motion with his eyes. He calls this the “eye of truth”.

    With this technique he can view opponents moving at 20 times slower than normal & move in normal time, making it seem that he moves around at super speeds. Because of this, he has also been able to learn many of the martial arts of the world & be masters of each of them. However, this technique does have its limits. He can only use this in short bursts, otherwise the prolonged stress to his eyes & muscles would cause him to go blind & destroy all his muscle tissue. At the present moment his current record of using the technique lies at just over 10 mins. Senyaka’s main weapons are blades. Throwing knives, darts, daggers, swords are his main stay. He never ever leaves without a blade secreted on his body somewhere. He is also an expert with the staff & spear & also the tonfa, though he prefers blades to get up close & personal with his prey. Senyaka will use guns when necessary, but prefers not too, much like his sister Raven. Senyaka believes that prey deserve the right to know who is going to take there life, he views this as his professional courtesy. Senyaka is not an overly evil person, nor a good person. But he exists in a world where morals can be bought & traded with dollar bills & in this environment he thrives.


Raven:

 Raven: Main character. Age: 23. Raven is Senyaka’s twin sister. Her real name is Kuritsutaru, but changed it to Raven in her early teens because she thought it was cool to do so & no has ever questioned her on it. Those who have were never heard of again. Raven is a very impulsive person. She doesn’t really think things through & relies more on brute rage to get her through difficult situations. Unlike her brother Senyaka, Ravens attitude is “close enough is good enough” which her earlier days as an assassin nearly proved to be fatal. She has learnt to take things more seriously because of Senyaka’s constant urgings, but she still has a very lackstur attitude to most things. Raven comes across as a tempremental child & for the most part that is true. If she doesn’t get her own way, she will whine & sulk & carry on till someone gives in. If they don’t some poor random person usually ends up copping the bitter end of her temper. Raven is a very independent person & doesn’t like interference from other people, especially Senyaka. She believes she is old enough & can look after herself well enough.

    Even though she thinks these things, deep down she is truly grateful that Senyaka is looking out for her, but would never reveal that to anyone especially Senyaka. Ravens ability is a little more hellish than Senyaka. With her Eyes she can create a hypnotic field around her causing anyone within a 20 meter radius of her to experience nightmares so real, that they usually end up killing themselves just to escape it. The effect only lasts 60 secs but very few people have been able to last that long. She calls this ability the “eyes of damnation” which is a fitting title. Like Senyaka she has limits to this ability. She cannot use it for more than 5 times within a 24 hour period, or the strain on her eyes will cause her to go blind & possibly cause brain damage. Ravens weapon of choice is her Katana “Soul Stealer”. She wields it with deadly accuracy & lethality. Raven only uses guns if she really has too, but prefers to use her sword instead. Unlike Senkaya who believes the prey should know there killer, she likes the pure brutality & inflicting pain on her victims. Like her brother Senyaka Raven is not inherently evil, but unlike her brother she does revel in people’s misery. She lives for the kill & the thrill of the hunt, making her perfectly suited for the lifestyle she has chosen to live.


Kaku:

    Kaku: Support character. Age: 60. Kaku could almost be mistaken as Senyaka’s twin. He has a very uncanny resemblance to Senyaka, both in looks & personality, which is probably why the 2 get along well. Like Senyaka he has a very professional approach to everything & can be very serious. Unlike Senyaka though he has an approachable personality, which is exactly what is needed for Senyaka & Raven. Kaku is there agent. He finds jobs for the two young assassins & advertises them to the underworld for there behalf. Kaku enjoys being the centre of attention especially if it somehow involves Raven. He has a severe crush/infatuation with the girl. He lives in the same building with the two & has at times been able to woo Raven into his arms, though the times are rare & far between, with Raven usually giving a major pounding with flying pots, pans & anything sharp.

    Kaku has an eye patch over his right eye, which he lost during his mercenary days. He is bitter over the event that is why he chose this line of work to eventually find & punish the people that did this to him. Unbeknown to Raven or Senyaka, Kaku too has a special ability. He is a kind of vampire, though not in the common sense of the word. When Kaku lays his hands on your bare flesh he can drain the life essence or force from your body leaving you weak & defenceless if you are young & strong, or dead if you are an older person. He uses this energy to strengthen himself & depending on who he drains energy from, his strength, reflexes, speed & agility has the ability to increase up to ten times what he normally can do. This ability also increases his life span. Even though he may look like a man in early 20’s he is really around 60 years old. He doesn’t need to drain people regularly, but must Do so every 6 months or so in order for him to keep his young body. If he stops he will age to his proper age, though this can be reversed by draining people once again. As an agent Kaku doesn’t see the front lines like Raven & Senyaka, but he does know & is master to various martial arts & is a trained sniper. Kaku’s main motive is revenge against those that have tortured him in the past & believes that by doing this line of work he can fully achieve his goals. He is a patient person biding time in order to unleash the most pain. Kaku is not an inherently evil person, but his past experiences have skewed his view on the world around him, & though he acts in a cool & composed manner he will do whatever it takes to achieve his ultimate goals.


Ferall:

     Ferall: Support Character. Age: 19. Ferall was born a mutant. Ferall has cat like traits encompassing the way she acts to the way she looks. As a young girl, she grew up knowing some hardship because she & her family were looked down upon by the rest of society. However because her family was wealthy & her father was a crime lord she didn’t exactly live a rough life. In fact because of the fact that her father was a crime lord & quite an influential one at that, Ferall managed to live quite a pampered life. Ferall’s real name is Rachel Yokomoto. She chose the name Ferall to better suite her “look”. Eventually she became a bodyguard to her Father & with her increased Strength, speed, agility along with enhanced senses or sight, hearing & smell the Yokomoto crime family was able to control there areas through the force of fear. Fear Ferall was able to enforce. In order to increase her own strength a pair of Power Gauntlets were created for her. With these her strength increased 10 fold & also provided her with an energy shield that protected her all over.

     However during one of the Yakuza boss meetings her father & the other Gang bosses were killed in hit by an expert swordsman who moved so fast that she couldn’t even see him move around. With her father dead & the Yakuza gangs fighting each other for control, the Yokomoto crime family fell into disarray with the various sub commanders fighting for control. Ferall herself fell into spiralling depression, blaming herself for her fathers death until she heard rumours of an assassin who could move at lighting speeds. She is now on a mission to find out if this was the assassin who killed her father & take her revenge once & for all. Before her father’s death Ferall was known to have a spoilt & flighty personality. She revelled in the pain of others & was awfully cruel to those around her. Since her fathers death though, she has a hardened heart & looks only for redemption & revenge.

Genocide:

     Genocide: Support character. Age: 25. Genocide is an enigma. No one knows about her past, where she came from, or what she wants. What she is though is a top class assassin. She posses abnormal strength for a human & enhanced agility & reflexes. Genocide has a cold unrelenting personality. She gets what she wants, when she wants & will employ any means to do so. Genocide employs a number of weapons in her arsenal including, Guns, Rocket launchers, grenades, blades, swords, Staffs & explosives. Genocides strength true strength is not yet known, however there have been reports of her lifting the cab of a semitrailer & using it to bash her target to death.

    There was another report stating that she levelled a building that had her target in it, by punching out the support beams of the structure. It would seem that Genocide could be some sort of mutant, or had undergone special surgery to enhance her strength. Genocide also has lots of symbols tattooed onto her body, though for what purpose they serve is unclear. She is currently running a solo act & at the moment seems to have no interest in the affairs of the twins, but still keeps a eye on them just in case.


 Juu:

Juu: Support character. Age: Unknown. Like Genocide, Juu seems to come from nowhere. He just is. He seems to have a keen interest in the twins, but for what purpose no one knows. Juu is ninja with many ninja techniques at his disposal. His main weapons are his Kunai & katana. What does he want with the twins & what does he have in store for them?



 Story Line/ Plots


1:Senyaka & Raven are twins in the Assassin business. They both work independently & together depending on the job. They have there Agent Kaku who the twins met several years ago on one of there jobs. Was it by chance? Or was it a setup to be that way?


2:The twins past will be brought into play. What happened to there parents, why is it they have these unique abilities? & why did they choose there current lifestyle?


3:Juu has an avid interest in the twins. But, for what reason? Unbeknownst to the twins he has been looking out for them for years, & has even at times taken out obstacles in the twins way, seemingly paving a certain path for the twins to take.

 4:Ferall is now on the search for her father’s killer. She is looking for redemption & revenge, & has found out that Senyaka can move or appear to move at superhuman speeds. Believing she has found her father assassin she seeks him & his sister out. However, is Senyaka the killer? Or was it somebody else?

5:Kaku has many secrets in his past. With the twins not knowing his secret abilities, what designs does he have on them apart from his apparent romantic interest in Raven. What ghost from his past will come to haunt them all? & can the twins truly trust him?

6:Genocide has an important part to play in the twins lives yet, neither she nor the twins know it. What is it that she knows that will turn the twins lives upside down & cause them to re-evaluate there positions & there views of life & each other?



This is not meant to be a long ongoing series. I plan to complete Sinnertwin in 3 volumes. As a first attempt I want to see how this goes, before i move on with my other project Cursed Souls. I know with 3 volumes i may not be able to flesh out the characters to the extent people may want, but again as a first project, it is more of a drawing exercise for me & to see wether or not i can be bothered doing someting like this as a living.


I am well aware im not the best artist out there, but this is my dream, & i want to try to make it come true.
