SIMPLE PLAN WISHES YOU A HAPPY 2006

After shows in Mexico, Australia, Japan, South East Asia, Europe, China, the USA and Canada, 2005 has come to an end for Simple Plan. The past year brought the guys great times, great shows and all of it thanks to you amazing fans. 2006 promises to be even greater and I hope all of you won't miss the ride. Things are starting early, with a big Europeean tour in January.

In the mean time, we all hope that you are spending the holiday season to rest, be with your loved ones and have a great time. The guys are also presently enjoying a little time off, everybody in their respective families until the fun starts again.

Until then, thanks for always being there for SP and supporting them, and know that they always support you.

SIMPLE PLAN LAUNCHES FOUNDATION

On the eve of their biggest show ever, in their hometown of Montreal, Simple Plan have announced the launch of the Simple Plan Foundation, a charitable organization that will devote time and energy to raise money to help teenagers in need. The foundation will focus on young teens dealing with the hardships of growing up: drug addiction, poverty, depression, suicide, and other struggles. It will also donate funds to various medical and social organizations that care for sick children, and promote music education as a way for kids to find a passion and direction in life.

SIMPLE PLAN AUTOGRAPH SESSIONS for Charity

MuchMusic and international power-pop rockers Simple Plan have teamed up for an exclusive charity autograph session to launch the first-ever MuchStore.

As part of the grand opening, Simple Plan will make a special hour-long appearance at MuchStore beginning @ 5:30pm ET on December 8th. In exchange for an autograph from the band, fans can donate a small monetary gift if they so choose. Proceeds will go towards the 39th Annual CHUMCity Christmas Wish , a charitable foundation providing toys and financial assistance to those in need in the Greater Toronto Area. MuchStore will also donate a portion of its proceeds from each sale between December 8th - 24th to the CHUMCity Christmas Wish.

MuchStore will be a one-stop shop for hot fashions and custom accessories, and a fun place for fans to connect with the Much brand and today's top artists. Located at 277 Queen St. West just steps away from the famed CHUM TV building in downtown Toronto, the store will be the first in Canada to carry Simple Plan's "Role Model" fashion line.

SIMPLE PLAN SPECIAL ON QUEBEC TV SHOW FLASH

We are in the middle of a Canadian tour, so there is a lot of Canadian news to annouce! Recently, Quebec TV show "Flash" came on tour with the guys and followed them around for a few days as they hit the big apple on their latest US tour. The result of the visit is a "Simple Plan Special" that will air this December 1st from 7.30pm to 8pm. You can catch "Flash" in the province of Quebec on TQS.
