The Simcha Salmon made its first appearance at a bar mitzvah in 1998. Since then it has appeared at home catered kiddushim, vorts, bar mitzvahs, Purim suedos and sheva brochos around Jerusalem. 

All our ingredients are strictly kosher l'mehadrin.
