Advanced Info: Luke's Lunchatorium has an employee breakroom and a Counterfeiting Machine for people who prefer not to use cheats. With these, employees can take breaks to refresh their mood, and you can have your Sims print money to help towards the expensive cost of purchasing the business as well as running it. All the doors leading to the employee breakroom as well as the doors to access the kitchen should be locked for Household and Employees Only. For the bar included in the lot to be work properly on a community lot, you may need to download a mod. Alternatively, you could just replace the bar with another one. There is also a Community Lot Only Version for people who don't want to run Luke's Lunchatorium as a Business, but would like it as a normal Community Lot. It does not have an employee breakroom, but still contains the open/closed sign. Download it here. |

| Advanced Info: Millar's Muscles has enough objects for employees to use to refresh their needs during their breaks without the need of an employee breakroom. To prevent the lot adding any unwanted Custom Content to the lot, they will only appear if you already have them installed. Otherwise they will be replaced by an official object. (Only Maxis Custom Content was used). The lot is also equipped with an owner's office. The door to the office should be locked for Household and Employees only. The Cafe is for customers to make their own food when they are hungry. This is really the only reason why a cleaner is needed, to clean up the plates. The Sales job can be done by one of your Sim's family members. All there is to do is to try to get customers to pay to enter the lot. So really, it's possible to run this business without any employees. |

| Advanced Info: Most rooms have a pet bed inside them, but not all. All rooms have at least a TV, a dresser, table and chairs, a toilet and a sink. From neighbourhood view, the lot appears to have a strange rectangle in the middle of the roof, but whilst on the actual lot, it is completely normal. This is just a minor glitch. Also, after installing this lot, it can be found amongst all the reisdential and community lots in the lots and houses bin, and not the Speciality Lots bin. The Glamour Life Stuff Pack is only required for one of the floors used in the lot. The lot can still be installed without causing any problems even without this Stuff Pack, although you'll be missing the main floor. Unfortunately, the lighting isn't too good at this motel. |

The Warlock's Cavern is a store for Sims to buy magic items which are
related to Apartment Life's witches. Although there are no cauldrons or
spellbooks set for sale in the lot, I was able to set a cauldron bought
from the NPC Witch for sale whilst testing, but not a spellbook. I
included quite a lot of Aspiration Reward objects with this too along
with other goodies such as the Wishing Well and Genie Lamps which the
owner can take home. Although these items cannot be sold, they are
still nice to have. Also, I split the building up into three parts. All
the evil magic products can be found underground in the basement. All
the Neutral items including potions can be found on the middle floor.
And all the good magic items can be found twisting up the stairs from
the ground floor with the shop to the attic room with the cauldrons and
spellbooks. Assumming all your employees are witches or warlocks, there
is no need for a break room as they can just sit on the free-to-sit-on
Witch thrones to fill all their needs. |

Howlwood Lodge is a pretty small lot, and therefore I was unable to add
a driveway. It may be possible however to use the "moveObjects on"
cheat to place the driveway at the right side of the lot, but I have
not tried this out to see if there is enough space. |

Info:
I did intend for Magno Ice Arena to be a business community lot, but it
didn't function to well as a business. The customers would tend to
waste their time buying clothes instead of skating on the rink, so it
was pretty useless. But if you feel like it, there's nothing stopping
you from running it as a business. The skate hire and the spectators area are non-functional. They are only for effect and decoration. But you could use them for stories though. :) |
