Welcome.
Silver Mysteries is my Mythical page. Why I like Dragons, Vampires, Werewolves, etcetera.
For now, all this site is, for the moment in time, is a big construction zone, {:) But I'm trying to get it all under way. Please be patient! I'm doing what I can. :3 Just be patient so that I can get everything under way the way it should be.

Interests, details and a little history.
Well, as far as you know, I like Dragons. It's one of the most prominent aspects of my art and life. Theres alot more about me that remains a mystery.

First, heres a challenge. :3

Dragons~

Well, I'll start off with my most Adamant. The Dragon.

The Dragon is Versitle. It can fly or swim, walk on earth or live in your room. It can sing or dance, speak or burn your flowerbed. Their colors can be anything dreamt;nothing more nor less. I came upon my love for Dragons through a movie. It was called: The Flight of Dragons. There were others too, of course. Dragonheart, and Dragonheart:A New Beginning. Dragon Slayer and, ironicly, Puff, the Magic Dragon. A very, very long time ago. Sometimes I miss the theme, until I hear it agin. Lol.

~~~
Vampires~
Vampires are mystical, majestic creatures of the night that gain value from their love of blood, and need for night. They, too, seem quite versitle. I've read somany vampire books that its hard not to get them confused once in awhile. They can run at hyperspeed and fly. Sing high enough to break your eardrums or seduce you with the cool power of their voice, hypnotize you with their endlessly dark eyes, or be the perfect ladies or gentlemen that court you. The possibilities are nearly endless.
I've even read about a Mermaid Vampiress!
It dosen't seem to matter where you are. The fascinating thing about Vamps is their uncanny ability to appear 'normal'. I became fascinated early in life with a Bella Lagousi film I used to watch endlessly, until, finally, the tape seemed to have had too much, and finally went to that place in the sky where all over-used tapes go. Most of my influences came from my school, around halloween one year. We had a little 'I'm a Vampire this year' epidemic. So, curious, and having a huge library for what the school needed,I went to find out. From then on, My fascination grew, and I was from then on hooked. To this day, I read vampire novels. Mostly by the lovely Laurell K. Hamilton.
Unicorns~
From my earliest memories, I've loved Unicorns. Their grace and innocence, their natural beauty, and that horn, the one thing no other creature but the Narwhale has. I've always had a feeling of utter peace while looking at the Unicorn, even in a picture.
Horses are very much the same. They're big, bold and beautiful. Like the Unicorn, they hold a grace that reaches the meanest man and the saddest child. The only thing seperating these two is something unexplainable.They both enchant me.
The Pegasus. The flying horse that helped Hercules to kill the Manticore. Or so legend says. I've always loved the creature for what it was, not what it did. The blending of horse and bird I find ingenious. A flying horse, in those times, wasmuch like thinking of airplanes must have been before they ever came out. To me, the appeal of this myth is the fact that I love nearly anything that can fly. Its one of the most sacred, and rarely used animals,outside of the Unicorn and Dragon. sadly, Dragons have simply become another self item. Like the Unicorn, and others.
Unisis**~
The Unisis is what I had for a 'imaginary friend' as a child. It could change gender, because gender wasn't very important to me back then. It was a Unicorn, a horse, abird, a dragon, and a genie all together. I can still see her in my mind, when I want to.
The Spirit Gaurdian***~
Ironicly, for those of you that know Allison Theus's work, this will strike a chord. It was why I was always so drawn to her art. Because my Gaurdian spirit looks much like a Lockjaw,in some aspects. Though PLEASE NOTE, is it no, I reapeat, NOT a Lockjaw in any shape or form. I was quite young when I met him. Imagine a quadrupedal Dragon, but with six legs, seethrough, yet visible, and at least fifty feet long. He has a headcrest like a Lockjaw might, but with a singlt horn on his forehead. He has no scalesor color, but I know he is smooth skinned, and a predator. Some day, i have to draw him and post the picture here. :)
Lycanthropes~~~
Lycans! I love them all, from wererats to werewolves and wereleopards! My first encounter with them was from a book series called NightWorld, and then Laurell K. Hamiltons books. <3
Theres more but I can't go on all day, now can I? :) On to the other stuff! And keep coming back, in case I update more. :)
