Silvertip Paint & Quarter Horses

Meighan has been an equine lover from day one. Not only did she have a halter for a blanky, but her first word was horse! She was not only convinced she was going to marry The Lone Ranger, but she was him for Halloween one year. Meighan has been collecting breyer horses since she was 4 years old. Her collection is now over the one hundred mark. She became talented at a young age. We sometimes frustrated her with the question “what is it?” Her reply being short breathed “it’s a horse”. Now we have no problem figuring out what she is either drawing or painting. When Meighan decided to learn how to silversmith we were behind her one hundred percent, knowing she would pick up on the western art quickly. I’ve watched her silversmith, humming away to Ian Tyson, Johnny Cash, and Brad Paisley. She is very precise in her cutting, and usually burning her fingers polishing. She resides in Fraserwood MB, where she is now slowly starting her own band of paint and quarter horses.
