Silvertip Paint & Quarter Horses

Quality Registered Paint & Quarter Horses

Please remember that by clicking on their stable names in quotes you will get a full pedigree!

We believe that the mares play as big of role as the stallions do when raising quality foals. All of our mares are quite and easy to work with.  We have a great group of mares and we have worked hard to make our broodmare band what it is today. We strongly feel that breeding, conformation and disposition are a must have when raising horses. All of our horses have either been raised here or carefully selected in order to be used in any part of our program.

Due to our mares foaling later last year we have left them all open except one. This way our mares will all foal in April/May 2009. We have a verity of stallions to use this year and are very excited to see what will be on the ground in 09.

Tar Sans Cutie

Tar Sans Cutie - AQHA bay mare. "Cutie" is from Viking Alberta. Cutie had been used as a reiner, cutter, and working cow horse. She has had extensive training and knows her stuff. I would like to thank Shaylen & Mike Safranka for selling me this great mare, of Safire Paints & Quarter Horses. Cutie will be bred to Im A Trophy LegicyTwo for a 2009 baby.

Pink Shasta

1991 Red Dun Overo

“Annie” is a great producer; her foals are flashy and delicate. All her foals have height and body. Annie was never shown due to an injury at an early age. Her foals are great to work with and learn fast. Annie’s breeding includes Red’s Hustler, Red Sonny Dee, Poco Woo, and Salty Tee.

SOLD We will miss her greatly

Echos Golden Girl

1991 Palomino Tobiano

“Goldie” is a mare we purchased in the fall of 2005. Knowing what she produces we kept our eye on her for awhile and bought her as soon as she came up for sale. Goldie has a great personality, and conformation. Goldie is the dam of MJ Dixons Sonnydee on the stallion page. Goldie will be bred to Clayboys PepperJack for a 2009 baby. Goldie’s pedigree includes Sonny Dee Bar, Claude Mark, Eddie, Four Roses, and Blue Gold. FOR SALE $1500

Drifting Dancer

1992 Bay Solid

“Dancer” is a high color producer. Most of her fillies have been kept back for our program. Only a few have left our hands, due to the amount of horses. Dancer’s showing career ended when we decided to breed her. She was show at local shows in western events.  She is a great producer of both conformation and quality. Dancer’s pedigree includes Diamond Jim JR., Rapid Ranger, Two Eyed Jack, Driftwood Ike, Cowboy 2 Duster, and Omaga Quincy Rags.

Sweet Sugar Plum

1992 Gray Tobiano

“Sugar Plum” was our daughter’s 4-H horse, and show mare for many years. This little mare has a great disposition, and super conformation. All her foals are the type you just get on a ride. They all excel in showing and lesson horses. She was a very important asset to our program. Pedigree includes Mr. Q Ton H, Three Dubloons, and Triple Chick.

Update Sugar Plum has been sold as a family riding horse.

Jessies Lucky Star

1993 Sorrel Overo

“Jessie” is a wonderful mare with great producing qualities. She is a very kind mare with no bad habits. Her foals are true treasures. We purchased Jessie in 2002 and had her bred to Clayboy for 2003. Refer to Clayboys Pepperjack on the stallion page. Pedgree includes Payday Leo McCue, Jessie James 3, Two Eyed Jack, and Leokie.

Jessie was humanily put down she was a great mare and will be missed.
