(HOUDINI)

On the 28th of May 2004 our beloved Houdini had to be put to sleep. Houdini became ill on Sunday the 23rd of May 2004, Our vets did blood tests on Monday 24th but they were inconclusive so exploratory surgery was done on Friday 28th a large cancerous growth was found in his stomach and there was smaller growths on other major organs so Russell and I made the decision to put Houdini to sleep so that he was able to die with as little discomfort as possible. 
Up until we left him at the Vets he was still putting on a happy attitude and he seemed to be full of life like he always did. 
Russell and I will miss our beloved white friend very much and it will take a special dog to replace our beloved Houdini.
