ELEVAGE FAMILIAL DE LABRADOR 

We are a small kennel in SOUTH WEST FRANCE ... breeding Labadors for more  then 38 years now

(our house, behind

the gate the stables and "grange" as you all can see  we have. another hobby aswell: roses!)

Our very first Labrador was  Buster, a  dark yellow boy with 4 white feet, which we thought to be very cute . at that time hardly knew anything about the breed .; just wanting a nice companion  to take for long walks and  take with me when riding my horses.( Ella & Sjaan, the two old ladies)

But being the dog he was, wonderful temperament and always in a good mood .i got more intrested in the breed and start reading books, visiting shows,visiting kennels in UK, workingtests etc ..and always ending

up with the type of dog i  liked and still love most:"Sandylands"

In all these years that has never changed ..So many dogs from this kennel came and enriched our life ..my " once in a lifetime" dog CH.Sandylands Kingfisher, CH.Sandylands Claire, Sandylands Scilla,  and still with us now are Sandylands Around Town, a lovely black boy, who is my private clown .. cheering me up, making me smile the minute i see him ..Sandylands Pollyeanna,our  very special girl ...Sandylands Goldfinger .. a soft, gentle  yellow dog, and our twins: Sandylands Sundance and Sunflower

Each dog coming from this kennel a pleasure and an honour to own! Our breedingprogram is based on Sandylands, we make use of dogs,bitches having Sandylands in their pedigree.

We also  breed chocolates since 1984, starting with  our July,Margo and Whisper ( x Simandem Sam Brown) and all  having  Bradking lines( Cassandra)  behind them and a bit Boothgate Headlines We love to see a nice dark coat and good eyecolour ..

By using son of  CH.Rockabee Blue Peter of Sandylands and his granddaughters Becky&Evanne .. we make the connection with the chocs to our Sandylands lines.

We are still  trying to keep the dark yellow colour in our breeding ..the one we had in our first Lab ..the start of it all!

Since 2006 we have a Chessie here ... we fell in love with this breed many years ago when helping a friend out  by raising his litter of 9 chessie pups!We always  talked about "maybe later" having a Chess of our own. Kalee  has the same  gentle, soft and calm temperament we love to see in all of our dogs regardless what breed!
