ARCHIVE DOCUMENTS FOUND

Controlling interest in the Builders Association Inc. had been resolved by the discovery of lost documents (Certificate of Stocks) in the name of the Lodge.  The SL No. 19 owned 1,000 shares out of 1,119 shares issued.  The original claimants who wanted to distribute the assets of SBA were holders only of 15 shares. The documents were found by VW Rey Banaag and now safely deposited in a bank vault for security and protection. For your information and guidance.
