As a real estate investor for nearly 10 years, I understand the importance of having documents signed correctly the first time. It can be frustrating and inconvenient for a client to resign documents or have a loan closing delayed due to negligence of the closing agent. I have successfully passed the Long and Foster Real Estate Agent Course and am currently preparing to take my title licensing exam. My track record is superb because I believe in doing my very best 100% of the time. I am experienced with various types of real estate documents due to my work as a notary public, investor and signing agent. More experience on my part means less work for you. I love serving in this area of scenic mountains and beautiful trees. Since you can't be here, let me be there for you during the next scheduled closing here in Central Virginia.
