SideShow's Metal Collection

This is a list of CD's I am looking for.  I believe everything listed here was released on CD, as I'm not looking to collect any vinyls or cassettes right now.  I am only interested in first pressings; no re-releases, bootlegs, Russian pressings, etc.  I will take the Japanese releases, though.  I don't mind holepunches, saw-cuts, cut-outs, etc so long as the disc in good condition and plays without skips.  I would prefer any Japanese pressings to include the OBI strip, but it's not a deal-breaker.
