Large, clean, 2 bedroom cottage for rent on a small, spring fed lake. Short drive to shopping and hospital. Everything you need is available in Bancroft.
Main bedroom has a queen sized bed and a a single set of bunkbeds. In the loft there is a double bed and in the living room there is a pullout couch. In the kitchen a single futon chair turns into a single bed. There is a large deck with plenty of seating and a BBQ.
There is a sandy entrance into the lake from the grass beach front. We have a large family sized picnic table and a fire pit at the lake. Great swimming and bass fishing. For your enjoyment there is a kayak, canoe, paddle boat, and floating raft.
