What to do
1. Copy the entire code and paste in an html editor (notepad).
2. Go to your page and get links for your image gallery, journal, and rate/comment buttons. (Right click on links and select 'copy shortcut'). If you don't know this much then I suggest you don't do this alone.
3. Upload a photo of your choice and add it to the div where it says <img src="URL">. You can change the dimensions (size) of your image.
4. Change where it says USERNAME@Vf.Com to your own username.
5. If you are going to add links there is room in the navigation area.
6. Don't edit any other html or css. If you need help, ask the designer.
