If we can help you with your legal problem (initial discussions/communications are FREE OF CHARGE) we will agree to advise and/or represent you for a 'Fixed Fee'. What the Fixed Fee will be will depend on what sort of client you are (Private or Business) and what sort of work we need to do.
So, and for example, if you simply wanted advice on how to get a divorce, we might just agree a Fixed Fee of £50.00 (c$65.00) However, for a corporation which required advice on a highly complex commercial issue, the Fixed Fee could well be in the region of £100,000 (c$160,000)
This being the case, please do not hesitate to contact us if you do need advice and/or representation. Because we do not adopt the archaic 'hourly charging rate' approach which law firms apply, we may well be able to agree 'that which you can simply afford'. Why Because SHRYANE & CO exists to help potential clients with a legal problem. Not to steer them into bamkruptcy.
