All reservations must be canceled 48 hours prior to departure time. If a reservation is canceled less than 48 hours, the credit card number used to guarantee the reservation at the time of booking will be charged full fare unless the seat is resold. If resold a $75.00 booking fee is charged.

If Shoreline cancels flight because of weather or mechanical reasons Shore Aire will notify passengers as soon and possible and no charges will be made to customers.

Due to aircraft weight restrictions all flights have a LUGGAGE RESTRICTION OF 1 PIECE PER PASSENGER (MAX. 20 LBS.) Additional luggage will be accepted on a space available basis only. Additional luggage is subject to search. NO GOLF CLUBS PERMITTED ON ANY FLIGHT.

Check in with photo identification is required 15 minutes prior to departure time or seat is subject to resale.

All flights may be subject to a fuel surcharge.

I understand the above policies and I agree to pay the appropriate fees if I have canceled in less than the required time. In addition, if I fail to check in I authorize Shore Aire Services Inc/Shoreline Aviation. to charge the credit card listed below for the appropriate flight charges.
