About Me
In our family we are mad about Cockers! We have had these lovable furry children for the last 18 years & couldn't imagine life without one! My husband, Paul & I have been together 19 years, married for 16 & have 2 gorgeous children, Rebecca 6, Jack 4, Scooby our blue roan Cocker, 7, 2 pygmy goats (peanut & smudge) 9 ducks, 17 hens & a goose called Tallulah. We love walking in the countryside & spending time with our animals, not to mention salsa dancing in our spare time. We live in a little village, in the Lancashire countryside & the children & fur children are always running about in our garden. We recently lost our beloved blue roan, Charlie aged 11 after a long illness. The house is sooo quiet with only one dog & Scooby is a bit lost. We are looking for a little female puppy to join our family.

About Me

Hi my name is Chris, and I live in the village of Yatton in North Somerset, with my husband Rob, and our 2 cats Cleo and Daisy.    Also, most importantly our English Cocker Spaniel Joe

Joe was born on 27th September 2012, and is from Shirrmontana Summer/Fergus Litter. His Kennel Name is Shirrmontana Roshan, which means "light or bright" .   He was one of 7 pups, and is Orange Roan. (and very spoilt, Schhhh) ;-)

Some time soon, Joe would like a little sister, and what better place to look!!

:-))))

About Me

I grew up in South Africa with a cocker in the family - Freckles - our much-loved orange roan dog. When I could, I got a cocker of my own. She was also orange roan and was an absolute sweety - named Freckles in honour of our family dog. When she passed on, aged 13, I got another orange roan, Chelsea. Chelsea, unfortunately, had several health problems and I was heart-broken when she had to be put to sleep, aged only 4. It was a long while before I could face having another dog in my life. In the meanwhile, I immigrated to Northern Ireland. Two years ago, Honey, a golden cocker, came to share my life. She was about 5 months old and a bit of a rescue. Her owners had bought her from a pet chop in Dundalk (I think she was an impulse buy) and were keen to get rid of her as they just couldn't cope with her. She came to live with me and I renamed her Honey and that's exactly what she's turned out to be - an absolute honey. She's just gorgeous and while I've got her over most of the hang-ups she developed at her previous owners, she still has couple of quirks that we just accomodate. She's super-friendly and loves everybody - even the postman, to his surprise.
