Please read, and make sure you agree with all terms before agreeing to contract.
** The puppy you wish to purchase, is to the best of my knowledge, a healthy puppy.
** You have 72 hours to have your puppy check out by a licensed vet. ** A copy of the examination must be sent by e-mail or fax within 4 days, or guarantee is void.** Should the vet find that the puppy has a genetic defect, that will affect the day to day life of the puppy, you can exchange your puppy for one of same breed, sex, and color.
** You as the owner will be responsible for the transportation of the puppies.
** The puppy will be checked out by our vet before shipping.
** We will under no circumstances pay for any medical bills once the puppy leaves our care.
** I f you are looking to bring a toy breed into your home, Please, take the extra time needed to research the extra time and care needed for the toy breed.
** There is no guarantee against low blood sugar , as it is controllable.
** There is no guarantee against intestinal parasites, (coccidiosis, round worms, hook worms , giardia ) or external parasites. We will take all precautions to avoid any of these.
** All puppies are sold as pets. No guarantee is given as to size, weight, color, disposition , or ability to breed. If you desire to place a deposit on your puppy, be aware that it is nonrefundable. money refunded ONLY IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO PUPPY
** Please be sure to make your appointment with your vet BEFORE your puppy arrives. Failure to take your puppy to the vet within 72 hours will VOID your guarantee.
** Should there be a legal dispute, legal jurisdiction shall be in the state of Arkansas.
