Rats Needing Immediate Homing, Rescuing, and/or Fostering!! ~ Cleveland, OH (posted 7/30/05)

Currently these rats are owned by a caring, but mentally unstable man who has taken a turn for the worse - At the moment he is showing no signs of being able to even take care of himself.. His brother(Jay) is trying to get him admitted for longterm treatment. Problem is, is that they need to find homes for approx 15 rats (preferredly by 8/4 - after that, there will be noone to take care of the rats and their only other option is to take them to a local petstore). These rats are being kept in pairs - mostly hooded, creams and whites - both male/female (kept separately) - Some are nippers due to lack of handling. Cages, toys, and supplies will be included...

4 Adult Dumbo Rats In Need Of New Homes ~ Findlay, OH (Posted June 13, 2005)

Their owners are going away to college and are unable to take their beloved pets with them. They are as follows:

(M)Glorfindel - Cinnamon Dumbo, 17 mos old: This guy is an official 'LapRat' - His cagemate recently passed, so he should do well with another male similar in temperament.

(M)Skaara & Teal'C - Black and Beige Dumbos, 17 mos old: These two are a little skittish, but they are friendly! - They just need some xtra TLC.

(F)Jeni - Black/White Dumbo, 2 yrs old: She is very sweet and friendly.

There is a small adoption fee to ensure they go to PET ONLY homes, and there is also a 20 or a 30 gal tank that may be included if need be. Transport is available within reason.

Guinea Pigs, Rat For Adoption ~ Detroit, MI (posted 8/1/05)

These guys were rescued and are now looking for forever loving homes! There are 3 Abssynian Cavies and 1 American - Colors ranging from Agouti to Tri-color, Buff & White...((Cavies NEED to be placed Immediately, as this is mainly a rat rescue they are at))..
The rat is still in quarantine, and is a beige self. He was badly abused, so will need special care in re-socializing..He has already shown signs of improvement, so there is hope for the little guy - He just needs a loving and patient person to help him out.
