The Sheikah's Symbol
The Legendary Shadow Folk.
Also known as the Shadows Of The Hylians.
The first Sheikah we've ever seen was Impa.
We first see her on Castle Courtyard where you first meet Princess Zelda.
She was Princess Zelda's attendant & caretaker in The Legend Of Zelda Ocarina Of Time.
The next time we see Impa, Shes inside the Shadow Temple where she turns out being the Sage Of Shadows.
And finally we see her again in the end of the game with the other sages.
We have only seen one Sheikah besides Princess Zelda disguised as a Sheikah.
We have not yet seen other Sheikahs in other Zelda games..

Sheikah Eye

This symbol has been seen in other Zelda games as well. The question is..

Why is it there?
As many can tell, The Gossip Stones have the Sheikah symbol on them.
Which you're able to speak to them to get hints of hidden items or secrets etc.
To be able to speak to them tho..You need the Mask Of The Truth which also has the Sheikah symbol.
In Majora's Mask the Mask of the Truth lets you talk to animals like dogs.
The happy mask salesman seems to not like the Mask of the Truth...

If you look at Bongo Bongo carefully, He has one single eye that is similar to the Sheikah symbol. Its strange how he only has one single eye.
The Lens Of The Truth also look very much like the Sheikah eye.

Lens that are able to show you the truth.
The lens of the truth is a very interesting item. I believe it has a story be hide it connected to Bongo Bongo and the Sheikahs.
But that's just my opinion.

i wanted to show the skeleton that's on the Bottom Well.
"A long time ago... There was a man in this very village who had an eye they said could see the truth! Now usually, you have to train your mind's eye most strenuously to actually see the truth... But this fella, no, they say he had a different way of doing things... His house stood where the well is now..."
Perhaps that Skeleton is that man. Its mostly possible since the skeleton is in the same place where the house of that man use to be.
So, that skeleton must be that man. But, that would mean that he was the one who made the lens of the truth? The lens of the truth look very similar to the Sheikah eye..Maybe that man use to be a Sheikah? Since the lens have the Sheikah symbol in them, it might mean a Sheikah was the one who made those lens just like the
Mask Of Truth.
In that past, Kakariko village use to belong to the Sheikahs.
So maybe there is a chance that the man/skeleton use to be one.
We will never know what the real truth is.
Another character that also brought my attention was the Poe Salesman.
He also has only one eye and is able to read people's minds.
In Twilight Princess, Princess Zelda has the Eye Symbol on the back of her cape.
In many places/items/ & characters, has the Sheikah Symbol been seen in the games.
In characters similar eye symbols have been seen as well.

Madame Fanadi is a fortune teller in Twilight Princess.
She has the Sheikah Symbol on her forehead.
As you can see, she has red eyes...Could she be a Sheikah?
For 10 rubees she can tell Link either about his career fortune, which can tell you how to advance more in the game or where to go. And she also can tell Link's love fortune, which she shows you places where the Heart Pieces are located at.
There are still many things we do not know about the Sheikahs...
