We have group pictures of our classmates who attended the Mini-Reunion on May 30, 2009. Names will be added later. Two photos are shown here as not everyone is visible in both. A GREAT TIME WAS HAD BY ALL
Classmates Quick note to let you know that we had a great get together on Saturday at the RTJ at the Shoals where the wind was wafting across the veranda and we overlooked our beautiful Tennessee River. Food was good, but the visiting and talking with one another was what was so good.
We had 46 attendees, which is an outstanding turnout. Martha was there to do pictures so I would advise that you keep checking this website to see who all was there.

In addition to the classmates Frank listed who will attend, we had responses from ten who will not:
Robert Allen, Merle Andrews, Donna Blackburn, Jane Cantrell, Charles Clendenon, Betty Lou Davis, Betty Heath, Wanda Herring, John Riddle and Paul Wood (possibly should be on the "will attend" list). Twenty-six classmates completed the Information Form on line. Only two classmates sent photos. Thanks guys.
Thomas was in high school with us for a short period. He attended grammar school in Mendenhall, Mississippi and junior high in Pensacola, Florida. In 2008 Thomas got back in touch through the website.

Lorene M. Grainger
Lorene M. Grainger, 89, died Monday, April 20, 2009. She was the mother of our classmate, Joyce Grainger Farmer. Visitation will be 1-2 p.m. Wednesday at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. The funeral will be at 2 p.m Wednesday in the funeral home chapel, with burial in Oakwood Cemetery, Sheffield, Alabama.

Martha Sue Landers Weaver
On Saturday, April 4, 2009 our Martha Sue Landers married Kenneth Jones in Cherokee. They are honeymooning in Alaska. Congratulations Martha and Kenneth.
