Mini Banner Contest

 So Shattered Listings is having a contest to see who can create a nice mini banner(linking banner/affiiate banner/button) You may enter as many as you want. Read below for requirements and bonuses.( don't bother coding it for it needs to be done a certain way.

Requirements
- Must have either SL or Listings.
- Must be 31 in height and 88 in length.
Bonuses
- Have some sort of blinking/flashing text.
- Be either fancy or fun and still look clean.
