Champions 2004

"Dream team" David Or, Ronald Wong, Matthew Fergurson and newcomer Tony Chow have finally gained glory for the ever elusive Hong Kong inter-school chess championship. 

After 5 years of hard battles, Shatin college has finally managed to rein supreme, even without David Wu, thanks to the fantastic play of the team.  The team were champions on all boards and kicked every other team (thats for you Ms. Ho!!).  This was a long awaited moment for both Mr. Shaw and Mr. Higgins who ahve supported us all through these years...

Chess Club Changes

Due to the teacher strikes, chess club is now at the career canter (230).  There is also a paucity of chess sets...bring your own. 

Chess club will be organized by the six form students Ronald Wong and David Wu.
